A friend recommended these multivitamins. We bought some and get it! We absolutely love these multivits. So many ingredients, vitamins, minerals, fruits, vegetables, wholefoods in one tablet. They’ve even got probiotics and omega’s in so we don’t need to buy separate pills for this anymore?! These vitamins seem to have it all so it’s great value and convenient for us. We’ve both got more energy and generally feel better for taking them. They’ve got lots of vitamin C in too so that will help us stay fit, healthy and well in these uncertain times. I take 3 a day, my partner takes 2. They taste fine, we just take them with water. Easy.

These pills pack great nutrients. However, the pills are huge and are extremely hard to swallow. When I try to swallow them I also get a horrible grass-like taste that I can’t stand. I prefer to crush them and put them into something but I can usually still taste it.

I’m sorry, but you don’t buy these for flavor. Whole food vitamins are supposed to be a little stinky. They aren’t chewable! They’re not the largest whole food vitamins (think Source of Life, the standard in my opinion), but they’re not the smallest either. They’re fairly easy to swallow for me, maybe not for some. Ingredients are very good and high quality! Buy them.

I tried em for a few days and had no ill effects. so to the reviews who say they suffered and are confused by others reviews. Hi.. hello. Not everyone has the same body, duh. It’s completely possible for others to have had good experiences. It’s one thing to post that you had a bad reaction and post possible reasons as to why it didn’t do well with your body. that would be the most useful review as far as I can see. anyway.. I stopped because I have trouble swallowing pills in general and these are rather large. theyre pretty thick. just shy of an inch in length it would seem. other than that they do have a pretty strong odor to them. it’s not like super bad but it is strong and smells what I know a lot of people would describe as “healthy” lmao.
One of my concerns is.. not seeing an obvious expiration date. I have no experience with things like this so I don’t feel comfortable without some type of “hey this item probably really shouldn’t be used after this date because -reasons-“

Oct. 2020 I was diagnosed with Covid-19. In the months since, I have dealt with fatigue, depression, and heart issues. I was desperate to find something to alleviate these symptoms (mainly the depression and fatigue) so I could feel like my normal self again. After searching through countless of vitamins, I decided on these.
It’s been 2 weeks so I’m sure I will see more results in time. However, in these 2 weeks, I have felt the best in 4 months. Mentally, I feel a veil is starting to lift. That cloudy, lonely, solemn cloud that comes with depression is starting to evaporate. I have managed to get up every morning and start my day (usually I would have to acclimate on the couch before feeling like I could be productive). I have worked out FIVE days this week. I haven’t done that in over 7 months! Having energy to exercise and do my daily routine is something I feared was lost. So far, I have only had one day where I just could not make myself move from our sofa. Covid drains the life out of you but these vitamins will help you fight back.
I know some reviews stated they had intestinal issues when starting these. I suggest you titrate your dose. For the first 5 days, I took 1 tablet. Days 6-10, I have taken 2 tablets. Today was the first day I have taken 3 and I haven’t had any issues. They do help your BMs to be more productive. I had my husband take them and he was quite impressed in that regard.
One last pro, I have dealt with hormonal issues all of my adult life. One of those issues is adult acne. Since starting these, I can tell a huge difference in my skin.
The only con, they are chunky. I can’t swallow all 3 at the same time. I like to throw all of my meds in and get them down but these bad boys like to be taken on their own. They are perfectly manageable one (or 2) at a time though.

All the vitamins and minerals needed in one tablet! Love the fact that it is all natural and Whole Foods. We as a family have been taking these for a few month now and couldn’t be happier! Easy to swallow and love the natural taste! It suggests to take three a day but we’ve been taking just two and still working wonders! Great product, highly recommend!
