I was really looking forward to these, but after receiving the bottle I saw it wasn’t even full. Make the bottles smaller or add more to tablets to fill the bottle.

These multivitamins are a standard sized caplet pill that is coated so it is easier to swallow. I have no weird aftertastes or even aftertaste burps when taking them. The price point is decent, you get a 60 day supply in the bottle. It has a good combination of vitamins and minerals to help you. I would absolutely order again.

This multivitamin checks all of the boxes for a vitamin, especially for women. Iron, B12, folate, calcium and a host of other things that are good for filling in daily gaps in nutrition. It has a few minerals in it that I am not used to seeing (tin, silicon, vanadium, and boron) as well as all of the usual suspects. It has 100% RDV of iron at 18mg which is great for me.
It’s an easy to swallow, smooth, medium sized pill with little taste or after taste. For those to whom it matters, it’s gelatin free and certified as Halal. (I don’t think that it is also vegan, as it does contain B12).
My bottle is marked as manufactured in April 2023 and expiring April 2026. (I received it in December 2023). There are 60 doses in the bottle which makes this a great value at $15 presently.

Going down the list of supplement facts, I find that this has everything one would expect from a multi vitamin.
The tablets come in a bottle that had an undamaged inner seal. The cap was also protected with plastic. The bottle does not have a child proof cap. While this is definitely not a requirement, I like to mention it in case it is important to people who have children.
The tablets are pretty big and I don’t like swallowing big ones like that but it’ll do. I’ve seen bigger.
Shelf life is very decent, the expiration date is almost 3 years from the time I received this.

Daily review –
This is a good daily multivitamin. It doesn’t aim too low or too high on the amounts. Most are around 100% of the recommended allowances, with some of the safer ones set a bit higher (250% maximum), and some of the more common ones set a bit lower. This should supplement your diet pretty evenly.
These are the ordinary kind that you swallow whole. They are not intended to be chewable. I find these to be comparable to the more common multivitamins in other brands. The bottle is easy to use.

I have a very sensitive stomach and most vitamins bother my stomach but These vitamins are amazing. They help me feel better without any side affects. Pills are easy to swallow. And the ingredients are halal and natural. Highly recommended.
