I like this because you don’t feel or taste and smell like medication/vitamin.
Even better you can take it on empty stomach although most of the time I take it with my food.
One more thing since this is pro-biotic rich vitamin I don’t have to take extra pro-biotic with my meals.
It is very easy to digest and 3 a day make me feel I really am taking care of my health

Love this New Chapter brand. Great quality and vitamins come in a glass jar. Normal size pill, easy to swallow pill form, but you do need to take three for full dosage.

I know it sounds crazy but I had stopped taking the three a day for women older women (got tired of taking three and switched to the one a day for older women) and I started getting gray hairs. Since friends my age had gray hair I thought it was about time. Then I switched back to the three a day and one day I noticed gray hairs with black roots. I pulled some out because it seemed unlikely, but they were black at the roots.
That was just my experience.
For the past months I’ve been taking the one a day for 55+ and other brand multivitamins just to switch around and I’m getting a lot of gray hair so I’m going to start taking the three a day for women 40+ again cuz it seems to provide me with what I need.
I highly recommend the three a day for women 40+ versus the one a day for women 55+.
It is a hassle to take those three pills but it seems to be worth it and provides the right nutrients, at least for me.

I was never a big fan of multivitamin before coming across this product a few months ago, mainly because I never saw any notable effect and hated the feeling of nausea after taking the pills. This product, however, is completely different. First of all, you can take it on an empty stomach without feeling nauseated at all. This is a plus for me because I much prefer to take it before I leave the house without having had the breakfast. Otherwise, I’d often forget to take it. What’s more important is the positive effects I’ve experienced with it. Prior to discovering this product, I had suffered some chronic yet serious fatigue about which none of my doctor can do anything. I was told that I was low on vitamin D and B12, but taking those supplements didn’t help despite improved blood test results. The fatigue was so bad that I was forced to discontinue my swimming workouts, making my back pain even worse. This product significantly improved my energy level!!! I am also having less back pain and able to return to the pool again, after 2+ miserable years in which I could barely get by and couldn’t do any kind of exercise. Although this does not cure my fatigue completely, the improvement in my quality of life from it is really nothing short of a miracle for me. Another unexpected benefit for me is that I now have less frequent yeast infections! Ever since my teenage years, I have been extremely prone to yeast infections (6+ in a year) and nothing that I tried before (yogurt, probiotics, Chinese medicine, herbs, and birth control pills) ever helped. I don’t really know which ingredients among the list are the reasons for my improvements; I tried a lot of them before but never felt anything. However, as long as it helps, I will continue to take it despite the hefty price. To me the benefits I’ve got are definitely well worth the price!

I’m a loyal brand customer, and this product is no different. I like the clean ingredients, the holistic approach to supplementation, and I can take these on an empty stomach. I can tell a difference in my energy level when I have forgotten to take them, but that is infrequent. I firmly believe vitamins are a “you get what you pay for” product. There is no benefit in taking synthetic vitamins that your body either cannot absorb or has little absorption. Costly, but we’ll worth it!
