I’m not sure how to feel about these. They do work but at the same time my appetite increased when I took these. I’m not sure which pills made my appetite increased or if they were both. I did like the fact that both the A.M and P.M pills helped me differently. The P.M pills helped me sleep better while the A.M pills gave me a lot of energy and focus. I felt so much better when I was taking both pills…I just ate so much. Maybe because I had an increase in energy? Or metabolism? I’m not sure.

I’ve tried other things from this brand and decided to try this duo. I do like having the separation of vitamins however I can’t get over the smell/taste. I would nearly vomit every time even if I didn’t smell it. Also it stains everything yellow.

I am not the target audience for this supplement – I am retirement age and these vitamins are formulated for younger women with 18 mg of iron per day. However, I am always on the lookout for good vitamins created with more natural ingredients and fewer chemicals. This company is impressive with its research and strict standards and testing, and the ingredients are very good – methylated forms of folate and B12, bioperine for absorption, turmeric (good for PMS but in my case will work as a general anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic), and effective but reasonable doses of everything else. I like the division into a.m./p.m. doses so the ingredients are not working against each other. I had a difficult time getting into the bottles (pressing down and twisting) the first time, but once the bottles are opened and the cotton is removed the lids seem to work fairly well. The pills are clean, medium-sized and easy to swallow. The a.m. pills have a decidedly clean-seaweedy smell (from the DHA derived from algae), and the p.m. pills have a bright, almost herby smell. In both cases I do not mind as I associate the odors with a fresh, effective product. The dose is 3 pills of each (a.m. and p.m.) per day so you get a 1-month supply. The expiration date is about 18 months from when I received them. I like these vitamins and would recommend them.

I’ve always been a fan of wholesome story supplements, so i decided to try the daily multivitamin. I like that they break up the morning and evening vitamins, but in the end it was just too many pills per serving. Each serving is 3 pills! So you have to take 3 in the morning AND 3 at night, in addition to whatever else you might be taking. That quickly added up to too much hassle for me and i started to forget. Though the included vitamins and supplements are really good for your body, taking 6 a day got too much and this got relegated to the back of the shelf

You have to gag down 3 vitamins twice a day. The smell is absolutely awful. The day time vitamins smell the worst and stained my hands yellow. The only difference I saw after taking these was I was sick to my stomach every time. Day and night. With and without food I felt sick. I would not recommend to anyone.

These have an impressive nutrient profile and I was interested in the am/pm split because they say that they are split that way because the combination of some nutrients makes them less effective so, cool. I’ve needed a multivitamin for a while and though a bit pricey and it’s a lot of capsules, if it’s as effective as it looks then right on. HOWEVER. I’m not sure what demons breath herb or mineral is in the pm ones, must be literal brimstone, because YIKES they stink SO BAD. ETA the seller reached out and provided some information about why they smell, and the info can be found on their actual webpage, but because they don’t use filler or other unnecessary chemicals to cover odor and the ingredients are potent is basically the summary. I find taking them with a strong juice and drinking something strong (juice, coffee, etc) like the page suggests helps get them down. I do have vitamin burps and can taste them for a while but given the explanation it is something I can overlook as long as I will see some benefit in the long run. 5 stars for seller contact and the explanation but still a warning for others for whom this may not be the answer.

It was hard enough to swallow three pills in the am and another 3 in the pm, but they smell awful and leave an equally awful aftertaste for about half an hour or so after taking it. The bottle is also a little difficult to open like some have mentioned, but the terrible taste is not something I was expecting. I can’t really tell you the efficacy of its vitamin blend because I only lasted a week and a half on these.
