This is a decent enough supplement, but:
Dosage is 4 capsules per day, which does not make this a great value.
Contains both eggs and fish, so be careful if you have allergies.

These collagen peptide pills are a great alternative to the powder in jars. Each serving is 4 pills, which might seem like a lot but it does deliver 2400mg of collagen from multiple sources and hydrolyzed collagen is the easiest for our bodies to digest. I think the amount of pills doesn’t outway the benefit of these pills. You can take them with any beverage and there is no noticeable aftertaste. Collagen is great for your hair, nail, skin and joints. It’s worth trying!

I’m reviewing on the actual supplement pills and since effects can only been seen in the long run. The pills are easy to swallow and just about the same size the the red/blue Tylenol pills. No noticeable odor and the pills itself has an off-white color. Suggested use says to take 4 a day before meal, which is a bit excessive in my opinion. I’ve also taken powdered collagen before and I prefer the pill form for ease.

I wanted to add more collagen to my diet and saw this product and decided to give it a try. The container states that it has a combination of several types of collagens with a total of 2,400 mg in four capsules. There is Type 1, 2, 3, 5 and 10 collagen sourced from bovine, chicken, Fish, eggshell and membrane. The capsules are medium size and fairly easy to swallow. These are a good source of collagen in capsule form.

I just started taking this supplement yesterday, and I’m already impressed! The packaging is clean and professional, and the capsules are easy to swallow with no weird aftertaste. It seems high-quality, and I’m excited to see the long-term benefits. So far, I’m feeling great about this purchase—definitely a good start!

This came recommended and I gave it a shot. It seems to have the right balance of ingredient and doesn’t have any funny flavor or smell, something I pay close attention to with supplements or vitamins. It’s hard to know if it’s working, time will tell.

The supplement bottle came sealed in plastic and with a paper safety seal. The actual pills are Gelatin capsules. I will warn they are on the bigger side. The lable suggests taking 4 pills daily for 2400mgs; so you have 30 servings in the container. Apperantly there’s 5 types of collagen in the complex from bovine,chicken fish and eggshell membrane origin. The capsules themselves don’t have an unpleasant smell so they’re easy to take in that regard if you’re easily bothered by scents like me. I’ve only take these for a few days but I look forward to future results from continued use.
