I have not noticed any significant changes yet. Perhaps I haven’t taken enough yet. I was very disappointed that the dosing directions were covered over by a giant UPC code symbol.

I’ve used these for a few years, but recently bought something at the drug store called “extended relief” capsules that are supposed to last six hours. Those seemed to work very gradually and not 100%. I went back to reorder these Geri-Care expectorants because I can get 100% relief in about 15 minutes. These are just great.
