We normally get the honey flavored Mucinex that doesn’t contain Tylenol, but I couldn’t find it anywhere. So glad I ready the ingredients!! Be careful, because this one has acetaminophen (Tylenol). Don’t double up!
Compared to the other one that has a 5ml dose, this one is 10mL. My son hates the taste of this stuff so it’s impossible to get the whole dose in him.
Very yucky tasting. Beware!

Works great! My grandson had a fever, sore throat, coughing, a lot of mucus and runny/stuffy nose. I thought they were symptoms of the COVID. I called the COVID hotline and explained his symptoms, I was told that it sounds more of a cold than anything else. Just so happend I purchased this and other medications for my grandchildren. I didn’t know what would work being skeptical, so I know that mucinex works wonders for me. In two days his symptoms were all gone. I will purchase this again.
