So creatine is mostly creatine by the volume I’ve consumed over the years. I think in some cases, the quality can vary, but overall, i think the creatine market is fairly stable as far as the effectiveness of what you get. Now that being said, I think the price on this for such a small tub is too high. It isn’t flavored which is good if you’re adding it to other mixes, but not so much if you’re just trying to take it as a pre workout on it’s own. Do the math yourself compared to what you normally take for creatine and make that judgement call for yourself.

I let my friend who has tried many types of creatine in the past, use this for a week. He said it functioned well and was a decent price for the quantity. I have heard of Mountain Ops before, specifically their pre-workout. This is definitely a good option if you just want to order all of your supplements from amazon at the same time. Nothing abnormal to report about the creatine powder. It mixes well and is tasteless. As long as you are getting the actual product advertised and dosage, this is a good product, if priced a little higher than competitors for the amount provided.

I don’t know if it works yet because that will take a while to see results. Using it is easy and painless though. It has no smell. It has no taste. I would rather have no taste than a bad one. Directions say to add this to water but with no taste, you could probably add it to milk or a shake. Not as convenient as a gummy but you get more servings.

This mixes well and does not have a bad taste. The packaging is nice and easy to read. It comes in a hard plastic container which I don’t prefer. I have had no adverse reactions to taking this brand of creatine now.

I’m a fan of this creatine powder, it mixes well whether its going in with protein or just by itself. No grittiness or lumps after scooping into my shaker bottle, it blends really well. The unflavored style is my preference and this is right on point, no weird flavors or tastes, barely notice it’s there. The recommended serving is right in line with standards, and I love that it’s 100 percent pure, I take a nutrient stack so I definitely prefer when nothing else is added in as I’ve already accounted for that.
Good serving size, if you’re doing an initial load period and taking extra it’ll still last you about a month and a half.
