Finding a new product is like playing the lottery. And this one was clearly no winner.
I bought Colostrum from two companies on the same day: one from cow and this one from goat milk. My plan was to alternate. I first opened the Mt. Capra Goat Colostrum and the rancid stench was so bad. But still, I really wanted it to work, so I even tried to drink it. I could not get past the rancid taste and had to spit it out.
Luckily, I had the second product from another company. I opened it and it smelled very pleasant, just like milk powder.
Normally I prefer goat milk to cow milk. I was excited about this Goat Milk Colostrum.
The Manufacturing date says MFG 0522. It arrived 9/5. So it is less than four months old. There is no best before date on the bottle. It is not consumable. Sadly.
This item cannot be returned. $25 plus tax go right into the thrash.

Cant do it since balls of powder in water. Like the time I learned need to put corn starch in water before adding to hot soups as thickening agent. If you know then you know. Little bottle not cheap. I used once..waste…

I started taking this about a month before I had a lot of travel planned. I wanted to really boost my immunity bc tend to always get sick after a flight with an annoying cold or sinus yuck, despite wearing a mask. Six flights and a couple months later, I never got sick and I’m noticing other benefits. My hair and nails are growing and are super strong. I sleep well and just feel better overall digestion. I’ve got a few friends taking this now too and they love it. I put it in my morning coffee. It’s a little clumpy but if you blend it, it will disolve, I’m just low maintenance about it. Tastes like unsweetened greek yogurt to me, but honestly don’t taste it at all in coffee or a smoothie. I’m on my third bottle and plan on continuing to take it. Wish there was a bigger bottle!

I was surprised that there was no heavy goat scent since some of the reviewers reacted to a strong smell from this product. To me, the scent was just a tiny whisper of goat cheese. I hate the smell of goat cheese and was braced to force myself to endure the scent for the sake of great health. Well, there was no need for drama since there was no offensive scent. I was also surprised that the taste, too, was just a tiny whisper of goat cheese. Very easy to tolerate. I followed the recommendation of Dr. Eric Berg and started with just a small amount equal to one tiny scoop instead of the instructions to use two scoops. It was excellent advice for me, since with just that one scoop I felt the beginning of a reaction to this product in my body getting the start of a flu chill. (I am lactose intolerant.) But the beginning of a flu chill was just a tiny whisper, too. Nothing more happened. I had planned to move on to two scoops after a week, but I am listening to what my body is telling me, so I will stay with one scoop for three weeks before moving on to two scoops. An important factor in giving this product time to work is that the quality of this product is high. There are no fillers!! No flow agents!! I trust this product with my health enough to plan to reorder this product and have it as part of my life but in the future it will be intermittent use. The reasoning behind this is when goat kids grow up they don’t drink their moms milk anymore. Neither do calves. So, I’m thinking of getting benefits from this product as needed but keeping in mind to do what the goat kids and cow calves do…they grow out of it. I applaud this small business owner for doing such a great job of making a super high quality product available to us. A+++++

The bottle is small but the product is so good that I intend to continue purchasing – I have added it to my monthly auto-ship. I mix it with my daily smoothie and feel like it is a great boost to immunity, energy, as well as total well being. I highly recommend.

I love this. I take this colostrum and alternate with Crucial FOUR bovine colostrum. Two of the highest quality colostrums available. Full fat and no modification. Goats that produce A2 milk so the colostrum is easier to digest anis very active! Have left behind all hyped colostrums …espically LIPOSOMAL which is a rip off…Colostrum is naturally protected through your stomach by default…it is EVOLVED TO. It literally has a coating that resolves slowly so that the ingredients are available in the gut. So paying for liposomal delivery is literally just paying them to double the volume of the product by adding OIL (the source for lecithins). Why pay for cheap oils when you can get more colostrum, free of oils? MT CAPRA makes HONEST COLOSTRUM. 200% more effective than AMRA, WONDERCOW and SOVERIGN LABS. what a bargain. don’t fall for liposomal colostrum scams. If it mixes easily…it is probably skimmed modified colostrum not real colostrum.
