I have read a lot about using MSN for aches and pains related to arthritis. It has been years but I have been skeptical. I decided to try this product.
The tablets are easy to swallow. I took them with food on most occasions. I did not get an upset stomach. I definitely took these with a glass of water.
Well the bottle is empty so time to make observation. Did they help me? Well, I hate to say it but I did not notice any improvement in my condition. I will not be reordering. This is because I do not believe that I need this supplement.

I received my bottle in December of 2023, the bottle had an expiration of January 2026. These tablets are rather large, but I just break mine in half to avoid any problems. Even when I take these on an empty stomach, they cause no stomach upset and I never get any “burp” after taking these either. The taste is OK, but they taste similar to any other MSM that I have had in the past. ( I like to know what my supplements taste like, so I usually chew a bit of the first one of a bottle. ) So far, this product seems to have a mild positive effect on my joint health and function.

Sometimes when you are taking a bunch of supplements it is less confusing to add a single ingredient supplement to your regime. That’s what I got with this Innervis Nutrition MSM Joint Support Health 2000 mg. This is Made in the USA, made in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) facility and is 3rd party lab tested. I wish companies would post their lab test result for the public; some do. This supplement contains 2000mg of MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) in every 2x capsules. There is 150 capsules in the bottle so you have 2 ½ months’ worth. If you are interested in nutritional support for anti-inflammatory joint care, you may have ended up here like me. I wanted to increase my intake of MSM and so this is for me. I always check with my doctor before starting any new supplements.

The pills are rather large but a lot of MSM pills are anyway.
Price and count are comparable to the store brand I usually use.
Have been taking for a few weeks now. I’m not qualified to make medical claims, so all I can really say is, no noticeable changes or ill effects from trying this one so far.
Overall good. Will update if anything notable occurs.

These do seem to work, and my knee pain has eased up a bit since starting to take them. There’s the correct amount in the bottle, and it was shipped well. My only complaint is that they are HUGE pills – But, that seems to be a common thing with vitamin/supplements, and they are about the size of other vitamins I have in the house. It does make them a little hard to take. Worth it, if they work well, though. They can be cut in half to take as well if needed.

I really like that this product is a single ingredient as I can control how much I want or need in a joint supplement. A lot of times, this would be bundled along with other joint products but that would drive up the cost of the supplement. As a standalone product, and 75 servings, this is a great single ingredient product to take for the joints. As far as effectiveness goes, it works as intended and it’s very cheap so it’s definitely a repeat buy. The tablet is a tad larger than others I’ve taken but didn’t bother me
