I bought this because i’ve seen many videos on shilajet. They say that it was good for the high blood pressure and other things. This and that, but it probably wasn’t good for me upon taken this they gave me a rash on my stomach and had me itching all over. So I quit taking it. I’m still dealing with the rash. It’s still kind of itching, not as bad as I was taking it, and I believe that this is the cause of what made me just sick over the holidays, I had diarrhea, I had extreme fatigue, I had nausea plus throwing up consistently through the day and night. Now I’ll admit, I should have consulted my doctor about this before taking it. That was my fault, so if you’re going to give this a shot. I urge you to talk to your doctor before taking this but it wasn’t right for me
