I like the ability to take K2 with the D3. I feel better when taking it. I find doubling the suggested dosage to fit my needs. I alternate with a 5000 IU liquid gel cap form when available. However, then I go without the K2. The price point is good and comparable to other brands. I trust the brand.

Amazon rejected my previous review for a product that I can’t rate because even though I’ve used it for years if not more than a decade, I have no way to know if it works or not since all of that it taking place inside my body and I can’t see it, read it, watch it, feel it, et al. Since I have no way to test that, the reason I keep taking this product is called trust.
But this product hasn’t killed me so I think its okay. And I plan to keep taking it, too. If Amazon rejects this review, I won’t write another one.

I’ve been taking these for a couple of months since my vitamin D levels were really low and it helped me increase my levels.

Many years ago had low vitamin D and started taking this but 5000 IU and after a few months it was back to normal and actually had to scale back to 2500 IU to not get too much. Great product that delivered results.

I’ve used this since 2022 and my D3 level has increased as confirmed by the lab test. It’s not a high dosage so it’s safe to take daily.

I like that these are vegan, gluten free, dairy free. They are a good value. I take two each day. Almost Everyone should take vitamin D since we all use sunscreen to block UV rays
