I waited for my mailman this morning for this so that I could put it in my breakfast coffee. It made my coffee taste almost like hot chocolate. Really good. I got some of the powder on my finger so I just kicked it off and the raw powder is actually really good. I also feel good that it is fermented and so healthy for me!!

I love this cacao powder with the added health benefit of being fermented. I blend this powder into an ELVIS which is 2 cups of almond milk, one large frozen banana, a large tablespoon of peanut butter, and a large tablespoon of cacao powder. Delicious!

The taste is high quality and delicious. It stirs fine, no clumping. I mix in some honey to sweeten it up for a nice, chocolate treat. Although it tastes good, I feel fantastic after having it. It is just the right energy and doesn’t make me crash like caffeine. Be careful not to take too much at once; even though it is tempting, real cacao is powerful stuff, even for us humans.

I LOVE THIS STUFF!!! Not a heavy cocoa taste. I like my tea black with no sugar or cream. I mix this in my morning tea pot and wow! With my lymes and other weird stuff this might be the ticket. It’s high in antioxidants anti inflammatory and polyphenols. What isn’t there to love. I’m a scientist by trade and did my peer research. I’m definitely purchasing again. This is a clean product and rings all the bells and whistles. It dissolves easily in the hot tea because it’s fermented. Don’t freak out on the work fermentation. It’s not sour. This stuff rocks. Get it!!

This organic cacao powder is one of the best that I have tried. I believe it’s from the fermentation process. It has a more uniquely rich taste.
Several years ago a study showed that drinking cacao reduced oxidized LDL in a dose dependent fashion. The more you consume the less oxycholesterol you will have. This is the cholesterol that you want to prevent oxidation of.
