I’ve read sooo much about the great things about Sea Moss and Shilajit so when I saw it in a bundle. I just had to try it! Each bottle comes with 90 capsules, and they’re really easy to take. I feel more energized and healthy since I started using them. It’s a great addition to my daily routine, and I highly recommend it!

Tried these capsules for a month. Packed with stuff like sea moss, black seed, and bladderwrack. Handy havin so many ingredients in one pill, beats takin a fistful every mornin. Capsules aint huge, which is good. No weird taste or smell. But heres the thing – with all those ingredients, it’s hard to tell whats actually doin anything. Didnt see any big changes, maybe felt a tiny bit different? Effects seem pretty subtle, if any. Kinda pricey for what you get, in my book. The ingredient list is so long, it’s overwhelming – not sure if it’s all necessary. Might be okay for someone wantin to cover all their bases supplement-wise, but dont expect miracles. Its an alright all-in-one option, but Im not sure Ill buy again. Could be worth a shot if youre into natural supplements, just keep your expectations in check.

I love the ease and convenience of these all-in-one supplements. It makes it quick and easy to take 4 capsules (2 capsules from each bottle) as opposed to multiple bottles with a capsule of each. These supplements contain Shilajit, Ginseng, Sea Moss, Black Seed Oil, Ashwagandha, Burdock Root, Turmeric, Bladderwrack, Dandelion, Yellow Dock, Elderberry, Apple Cider Vinegar, Chlorophyll, Manuka Honey, Ginger and more. I do not generally care for the taste of Shilajit, Sea Moss or Turmeric and love that these capsules have no flavor. The recommended dose is 2 capsules a day from each bottle and they are easy to swallow. I take them with breakfast and plenty of water and have not experienced any negative side effects. Each bottle contains 90 capsules so it is a 1.5-month supply making it a decent value.
Important Side Note – It is $15 less expensive to order these bottles separately! Do not buy the combo pack as it is currently listed for $54.99 while the shilajit capsules and the sea moss capsules are available for $19.99 each. If you purchase them at the $19.99 price for a total of $39.98, they are a decent value. If you purchase the combo pack at $54.99, these are definitely overpriced.
