Great idea, but not executed well. The Velcro that secures the mask tangles in my hair and hurts to remove.

I love this mask, but I lay down and place it over my face. It has the capability to use the velcro straps to secure mask. I find it most comfortable and easy to relax and lay it on my face. I would buy them again. The mask works for me.

This is a great ice face mask, it is stiff when you free it. I think you get what you pay for however it is a good value.

Pretty cool mask. One thing is that no matter how you wear it, the mask just cannot fully stick to the bottom half of your cheeks since it tilts a little bit closer towards your forehead by how it is designed.
Overall amazing. Keep it in a separate box/area in your fridge so it doesn’t smell like food 🙂

The plastic should have been covered with a peachy feel fabric . Placing iced plastic directly on your skin is extremely painful . I had to create a an intermediate layer out of sweatshirt fabric to tolerate it. Needs major improvements .

When product arrived it was obvious the inside was leaking out. I requested replacement and received it quickly. I am having sinus surgery next week and of all the facial ice packs I have purchased this one is definitely going to be my go-to. I really appreciate the speedy replacement as well.

The face mask cools my entire face and works well when I need to do work at my computer. The eye mask is great when I have a few minutes to relax with my eyes closed. The little circle packs are great when I have a headache; I’m able to place the little packs on my neck and cool off, easing my headache.
