Bought this cream to use on my arms as they’ve been especially dry this year. Unlike other lotions I’ve tried, I had no irritation or reaction. It covers quite well and has helped with the dryness and itching that I have.

I am going through the menopause and the skin on my face flares up, with red dry irritated patches. I have tried so many different creams to no avail. That was until I found this cream. I have been using it every day for about a week and a half and I have really noticed a difference. My skin is not so red and irritated and does not flare up as much. The cream absorbs well into your skin without leaving any greasiness and really smoothes the skin. Would highly recommend. Definitely will keep using.

Like many of you I mainly pursue my body creams and lotions from a bath and body shop or from an overpriced retail shop in the mall. Yes they smell amazing and make me feel pretty and feminine but.. sometimes in life you find yourself in a different situation and the same products just don’t work the way they used to…
This product was recommended by my oncologist for my hands and feet. I’m currently undergoing a prolonged six month cycle of chemotherapy and one of the side effects is something called palmar-plantar erythrodysesthesia or commonly referred to as hand foot syndrome and it is a side effect of some chemotherapy drugs that can cause redness, swelling and blistering on the palms of the hands and soles of the feet.
Not exactly a good thing, right?
I’m almost three weeks into a six month treatment and I began using this as a precautionary step to help prevent the symptoms from spreading and to further protect my skin.
I use the lotion at least four to five times daily. Every time I wash my hands after I dry them, I apply a small amount of moogoo to help maintain a protective seal on my skin. After showering I towel dry my feet and put a small amount of moogoo on the soles of both feet.
I’m very sensitive to any kind of fragrance or smells due to the chemotherapy and moogoo has absolutely NO cloying scent or lingering fragrance whatsoever.
The lotion is thick but not heavy at all. It has a smooth texture and easily coats and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy or slippery feeling. It keeps my skin moisturized but also helps keep my skin dry and protects me from the humidity that anyone who lives in southeast Florida knows about.
Moogoo helps keep my hands and feet dry and even in 90+ degree heat I don’t have sweaty palms or moist feeling feet if I go outside with my dog or take a short walk in the neighborhood.
I try not to wear socks because trapping heat near my feet can worsen the condition, but with moogoo, I’m comfortable and so far I have been very fortunate with not having any problems related to this particular chemotherapy related condition.
On a side note, even if my oncologist had not mentioned this product, if I had come across it on my own, I would still recommend it to anyone who enjoys a fragrance free skin care product that leaves a soft feel without any greasy residue. The lotion is thick but it doesn’t remain or sit on top and leave a sticky coating on your skin.. it easily smooths out and absorbs and dries itself without any noticeable alcohol content. After applying I am able to immediately change and dress myself. There are never any lotion stains or sticky spots left on my clothing.
I primarily use moogoo on my hands and feet but lately I have been using it as a full body lotion because it leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth and without the annoying smells and greasy slow absorbing textures that most body lotions and creams often have.
As both a cancer fighter and woman, moogoo is a great product for anyone to use. I highly recommend you try this product for yourself.
Moogoo frels like silk, is quick drying, is not oily, is not overly wet or and heavy, and has no annoying fragrance that will keep you from using your own perfume.
As I said, living here in south Florida, walking outside to the mailbox and back can make anyone break a sweat. Even with moogoo I am not experiencing any sweaty, greasy, slippery skin kind of moments. If I do sweat, moogoo doesn’t make it worse by getting my skin stuck to my clothes. Once applied moogoo absorbs quickly and moisturizes your skin. Period. The product will speak for itself once you try it.
A friend of mine in north Georgia uses moogoo now for her hands and face during winter months and she loves it. She found it in my bathroom when she last visited and asked if she could try it. After one use she was hooked. She said that typically during the winter her hands will chap and crack from the cold and especially when she gets her hands wet (washing, showering etc) that even when she used lotion before her hands felt very dry and painful.
After two winters using moogoo if she applies after washing her hands and after taking her gloves off, she has shared that her hands are smooth and soft, they no longer cracked, peeling and rough to the touch. She is my first ‘moogoo convert’! Try it for yourself, you won’t be disappointed 😉

My skin doesn’t seem to mind it, which is good as I react to most things. Feels good. The smell is quite unpleasant to me, though. Very sweet, like marshmallow or vanilla. If you don’t mind toiletries that smell like cake then this is a nice moisturiser.
