I hit menopause at the first of the year. Started having hot flashes a lot, day and night. So much I could barely sleep 2 hours straight. I did not buy these for that reason at all but I have to say these have helped extremely. When I received the bottle I started taking one in the morning and one at night. Immediately I saw a difference in the amount of hot flashes I was having. During the day I might have one and at night I only had one for the first few nights but did not have any at night after. Now I just take 2 at night before bed. I have no scientific proof that the gummies are what is helping me but you could not convince me otherwise. I will continue to take these from now on. As an added bonus…..they taste good and have good ingredients. Don’t have to worry about toxic junk being in them. Just wanted to put this out there in the event other ladies may be having the same issue. Oh and the customer service is great. Received a sweet letter after my second purchase.
