Tho I LOVE coconut, monolaurin is known to taste awful bitter, so, in a capsule is great. I am taking this to thin the outer shell of lyme and candida – 2 very hard to get rid of disease makers. I have been taking this for abt 1 yr or so while detoxing to kill off the above and I have to say…..I do feel much better. I also have the tiny pellets for my 2 lil Chihuahuas of monolaurin, easy to give that way, mix it in food. I love monolaurin an other gift from God to help us heal.

I have been taking monolaurin for a long time and at high doses for a viral infection. To get to the daily dose I need I was taking monolaurin pellets, but found they were not dissolving properly so I couldn’t be sure how much I was actually digesting. I’m very pleased with these 800mg capsules because they get me the level I need, faster, and more economical than the 300 or 600mg alternatives. I can also be sure I’m getting the full 800mg because these actually dissolve properly. I feel even better using the capsule form and now don’t need the pellets where are a pain anyway. I do feel the product delivers “extra strength” results so I’ve made the switch for good.

It works for fungus infections but start slow. It can make it worse before better. I have ordered this 3 times and continue for health improvement on my compromised immune system.

I tried some other brands before getting this one. Taking one a day keeps my apthous ulcers (small sores inside the mouth – not the cankers on the outside & lips) away. Most of the time. I ran out then got one. (Of course, if I stopped eating chocolate & junk food, that would probably work too). Another idea – I have MCT oil made by “Wild FOods” It contains monolaurin. I put it in my coffee. And when I ran out of this product, I used extra oil topically several times a day & that made an ulcer go away.
Wild Foods products are very expensive. I’ve love to hear about a cheaper source of MCT oil.
