This Mona Brands 100% Natural Body Oil, 2 Ounces, it’s not the lightest Body Oil I’ve tried, maybe because it contains so many different kinds of oils. It takes awhile for the Body Oil to be absorbed into your skin. The scent is supposed to be Apricot Lavender. I can smell the Apricot, but not really the Lavender. A pump for the bottle might be a better option, but maybe because the bottle is only 2 Ounces, it’s not an option? This just has a hole in the top of the bottle.
This Body Oil doesn’t arrive sealed, it’s just in bubble wrap, inside of a small cardboard box.

I’m really loving the Mona brand skincare products, I’ve tried quite a few now.
This 100% natural body oil is just what I need immediately following a shower. I’m applying this mixed with some body lotion to my entire body every time I get out of the shower and I quickly felt softer and smoother skin. It’s amazing how I randomly run my hand over my leg and stop because I feel such a difference! No more rough skin, now I just feel soft and silky skin that looks great in my summertime outfits.
This is a rather smallish container, only 2 ounces. I will go through this rather quickly with daily use. The current price of $24.98 is more than i generally pay for body oils but I just might buy this again because the difference I see and feel in my skin is real and I love what I see.

This MONA Brands 100% Natural Body Oil in “Apricot & Lavender” comes in a rather plain, utilitarian–looking blue plastic bottle. It’s a 2oz bottle, so it’s small for the price ($24.98 at the time of this writing). It’s made in the USA and looks like a great blend of high-quality oils.
The oil is pale amber in color, and it’s lightweight and feels luxurious on my skin. It absorbs quickly and leaves a light sheen, but no greasy feeling. The scent is heavily lavender at first, but that dissipates a bit and then you get notes of fruity apricot that lingers on the skin.
The oil is lovely – but, at this price point, I wish it came in a glass container had had a glass dropper for more precise application.

If you like ayurvedic oils this is a variation on traditional ayurvedic oil. I love using this oil on my entire body after shower. It absorbs well and leaves pleasant lingering scent. If you are not into applying oil on your entire body, my recommendation is to use it on you elbows and feet.

This is a lovely body oil. It feels fairly thick and rich but it goes on easily, feels luxurious and is absorbed very quickly. I have very dry skin and this oil leaves it feeling very soft and smooth with no residual heaviness or greasiness. It is great for my cuticles and nails, too. It has a nice scent that I don’t find at all overwhelming. It doesn’t remind me of apricot or lavender, though (and they are not shown as ingredients). I actually expected a much stronger fragrance given some of the oils included in the formulation. According to the full list of ingredients, there is an added [natural] fragrance which I suppose accounts for the apricot and lavender mentioned in the description. The product description gives an overview of the various oils used in this product and then refers me to the label. Well, the bottle is only two ounces, so it is tiny, and the label is of course much smaller, and the font is so small there is no way I can read it easily, even with a magnifying glass. So, I appreciate that the list of ingredients is shown in the product description (and I think it should be required for all skin care products). The oil is housed in a dark colored plastic bottle with a shaker style top so I can shake out a few drops at a time but not very precisely. I do wish the oil was in a glass bottle with a dropper. The current price is $24.98 for two ounces, which does seem a bit pricey, although I do think this is very well formulated of high quality ingredients.

I’ve used this product six times now and I’ve already put quite a dent in the bottle. I’m at least a quarter of the way in. At this rate, I suspect the smaller bottle isn’t going to last me more than five or six weeks. So I can NOT say that a “little bit goes a long way”.
In fact, I found the oil to be thick and a tad greasy. Plus the lavender is a very dominate scent. I smelled the apricots the first time I used this oil, but not in any of the times I’ve used it sense.
On a positive note, the oil does an excellent job of soaking into my skin. And I have to admit my skin is quite a bit noticeably softer. So I do believe this product works great. But I don’t like the scent and it’s a bit pricy for my taste.
