Zinc picolinate for superior absorption. Perfectly good zinc picolinate in a very tiny easy to swallow capsule. Reasonable safe amount at 15 mg per capsule. Take with food or within an hour or after a meal.
Momentus supplement collection has been developed with Dr. Huberman, who I am rather familiar with from watching/listening to his health and human interest podcasts onYou tube. Good stuff. Price tags usually reflect collaborations like this, but I dont rate on price. Seems to be of quality, and while the brand is new to me, Dr. H is not. It piqued my interest, and am glad to have tried this. I already take zinc- usually in another for, so I am eager to use a better option.
I dont use zinc every single day. Or rather, I dont supplement zinc only every day. I pepper it in when I am run down, or might be in situation that may stress me out/run me down, or cold season etc. More of cycle thing for me.
PS. magnesium stearate in the “other ingredients” is used as a flow agent (keeps product from sticking). Not a mag product.

I haven’t had any problem taking these, but I’m only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I’ll revise my review accordingly.

I’ve used several supplements from this brand and admit this Zinc is my favorite supplement. It’s also not like other OTC grocery store zincs I’ve used which taste awful and do nothing.
This zinc is top notch, is tasteless, easy to swallow, and I definitely could feel working as it knocked out a cold I felt coming on.
This has also been very gentle on my stomach which is a huge plus. I have zero reason to not highly recommend.

These zinc capsules are small and easy to swallow. I read that zinc picolinate is the most readily absorbed form of zinc so these were exactly what I was looking for. I take this daily to help boost my immune system and to help with acne. These capsules have no taste and are about an inch long. The coating on the capsule makes these easier to swallow for people who may not be able to swallow a tablet style vitamin. I do think these are a bit overpriced for the amount in the bottle compared to the other zinc picolonate supplement I regularly take.

I mean it’s zinc. What’s it gonna do, give me super powers? I do notice improvements in energy levels after about a week taking it, depending on my diet, and it is a great part of any well-rounded supplement stack/routine.
Overall, a non-sexy, old reliable supplement of good quality.
