This product is amazing to remove the dark color of mold. I squirted it down the corners of the tiled shower walls, smoothed it out and within an hour or so it went from black to a color that coincidentally matches the beige grout we do have! I did wear gloves and eye cover. I did get a drop on my wrist and it did burn a little and turn red. So be careful.
The shower looks newer and of course cleaner and more inviting.
This is a must have product if you are dealing with black/moldy grout.

I’m honestly kind of shocked at how well this stuff worked on my rubber washing machine gasket! I’ve used other products from Active and everything have worked well, so I thought it wouldn’t hurt to at least try it. After reading the reviews, I bought two bottles in case one wasn’t enough and gave it a go. This Samsung HE washing machine has been in use for over a decade and I’ve never successful been able to clean these spots with normal cleaner or regular bleach. So that tells you how set in they were!
When I opened the bottle there was a faint bleach scent too it, but the smell wasn’t overwhelming and I could take my time working with it. I spread a thin layer of it over all the stained spots, not wanting to waste any. The stickiness of the product was 10/10! Even putting it at the very top of the ring it did not drop or run!
I left it over night, but I noticed before bed that all the staining appeared to be gone already! The next day I verified that yes, everywhere I had put it was now clean and looked brand new!
This was honestly a last ditch effort to clean the staining before I just quit trying and tried to replace the whole ring. Needless to say I’m very happy! The bottle is all one solid piece, with a cap that goes on top, so leakage isn’t an issue! I 100% recommend you use gloves and protective eye protection, because I’m pretty sure there is bleach in this and you don’t want that toxicity on your skin or in your eyes! Now I just have to figure out what do with my other unopened bottle 🙂

This product is quite expensive for the amount you get. If you have a bathtub that needs all 3 adjacent walls done it’s pretty much 3/4 of the bottle. So for me, which you can see from the pictures, it helped but it didn’t do as much as advertised. Maybe if I did it a second time. But I don’t have enough and I’m not going to spend that kinda money again on this product. I’ll try a different one in hopes it works better. Scent wise you can tell it’s more of a heavy duty cleaner. Or at least tries to be. So make sure you aren’t using that room for the day. It may work for you, just didn’t work on the areas I needed to get cleaned.

Decided to try this product before recaulking the bathtub yet again. The best decision ever. The remover worked both on the caulk and on the tile grout. Pretty sure this is the cleanest they have been. It’s been now more than a month and the mold stays away too, of course with regular cleaning, but nonetheless. Make sure to get it into all nooks and crannies, it will pay off!

I had mold in my shower. I had tried several cleaners, bleach and scrubbed. Still there. I put this stuff on, went back a few hours later and the mold was gone! I found it a bit more difficult to use on my washing machine but only because it was hard to get on where it needed to go (I think I need three hands). I have bought the toilet bowl cleaner and the washing machine cleaner but have not tried them yet.

First off, in 15 years of Amazon use, this is the first time to write a review…it’s that good. I had some stubborn mold stains behind the kitchen sink and was about ready to cut out the old caulking and re-caulk, but thought I’d give this a try.
It’s really easy to use, you do have to wear protective gear, and I left a window cracked to vent out the area. I left the gel overnight, but it starting whitening almost instantly. I was incredibly surprised at how well it cleans.

I have been trying and failing to deal with the mold buildup on my front loading washer for ages. It’s gross and drives me insane.
THIS PRODUCT FIXED IT!! It actually worked as advertised, and was super easy to use. Just applied it to the gross spots, waited 5 hours, wiped it off like magic. I missed a few spots so I need to put some more on but that’s my fault not the products.
Already recommended it to my neighbour, and will recommend it to ANYONE that has a front loading washer.

Works like a dream, kills the mold and mildew. Cleans the mold and mildew in a few hours; all that is left is clean white grout. My only issue is that it takes 3-5 hours.

Really wish I would’ve thought to take before and after photos but honestly, I wasn’t anticipating it actually working, at least not this well. Before using this product I tried everything on the chaulk around my bedroom window. Most recently used bleach and a toothbrush to scrub and still had lots of dark black mold/mildew staining. I put this on a few hours ago and just went back to look and all the black has completely disappeared. I’m leaving it on the full 5 hours before I remove it, but I’m really impressed. As far as a strong scent idk what people are talking about. It has almost no scent at all. I was worried about this because I’m extremely sensitive to scents. I can hardly stand the laundry and cleaning aisles at the store and I buy all unscented laundry detergent, hand soaps etc. but I was pleasantly surprised I can’t smell this at all. Super easy to use thick gel.
