I hate to have to say this but when the temperature outside is perpetually bordering on 200 degrees every other day just drinking a lot of water doesn’t cut it because your body is losing as much in electrolytes as it is water alone. This product is a combination hydration pack with a multivitamin. I’m guessing you would drink this in the morning. The size of the product container is geared more toward making the label on the outside large enough to read rather than to accommodate the product itself. Kind of like opening a bag of potato chips that end up being half full with “some settling occurs in shipping” on the label. Ok fine. Mixed with a glass of water this stuff tastes like an electrolyte. It’s not a bad taste but I would probably mix it with another beverage after trying it the first time. I’m going to have to use this product for a while before I decide whether I want to use it long-term.

I like this electrolyte mix, I normally use it 30 minutes before a workout and sometimes even after I wake up to get me up and going, the serving size is 1 scoop (included), and it mixes in ok with 8 to 21 fl oz of water, I like to use sports bottles with caps since they can be shaken easily for a quick mix, the fruit punch flavor is pleasant and not too sweet, I am able to drink it on my bike rides for a refreshing drink as-well, so far it has been agreeing well with no side effects.
The ingredients in this mix are great with B vitamins (B6 (2.5 mg), B12 (7 mcg), B3 (22 mg), pantothenic acid (11.5 mg), vitamin C (150 mg), calcium (50 mg), magnesium (140 mg), zinc (8 mg), manganese (0.4 mg), chloride (300 mg-pink Himalayan salt & sodium chloride), sodium (195 mg-Pink Himalayan salt & sodium chloride), and potassium (500 mg, potassium citrate), the other listed ingredients are ok as-well with sucralose (a common artificial sweetener), fruit punch flavor, citric acid and dextrose.
Overall I highly recommend, includes scoop, natural ingredients, no artificial colors, lab tested, non-gmo, GMP certified facility, bottled in the USA, provides 60 servings.

This is the second hydration product I’ve tried from this company and I rated the other product a 4 but I either this product is different or I missed a few things last time. I notice that this time the product did not dissolve completely, even after shaking it vigorously multiple times which is really annoying because the last swig is gritty. Also, the product suggests using only 8oz of water, and the flavor is so weak that if you use much more water you can barely taste it. This is annoying to me because in addition to wanting the hydration benefits, I also like flavoring my water. This means that once I’m done with the paltry 8oz, I have to switch to a regular flavor packet so I’m not taking in a massive amount of sodium. It’s much nicer when the product will flavor a much larger quantity of water and honestly, if you are working out or walking around in the heat, you’re going to want a lot more than 8oz.
When used with approximately 8-10oz, the flavor is okay but mild. I will say that if you like this brand of hydration powder, the container of loose powder is priced much better than the individual packets. It’s literally half the price.

This is a white with the slightest tint of yellow, loose powder, that arrived in a half filled canister.
The package suggests one scoop of this mixed with 8 ounces of water.
I took a NOT shaker bottle with a 20 ounce capacity, poured 8 ounces of cold water in it and poured one scoop of this over the water; capped the bottle and shook it.
After 30 seconds or less of shaking the bottle, this mixed well, creating an opaque, sort of “snow” colored drink.
The intensity of sweetness and flavor seemed matched; to me each was around a 4 – 5 on a scale of 10
(10 = sweetest/most intense).
This is pleasant tasting but in a blind taste test I would likely NOT be able to identify this as “fruit punch” flavored.
I don’t really love an 8 ounce drink for when I’m working out, so after the taste test, I filled the 20 bottle to capacity.
At that point it’s sort of like you did a drop or two of water enhancer drops into water.
One other thing I noticed at that strength was a slight vitamin B flavor.
The origins of this product are said to be USA, but the labeling and the product page seem a little ambiguous to me.
If that is a concern to you I would suggest reaching out to the seller.
I’ve given a 4 star rating based on initial impressions and *perceived* quality, not on long term use or results.

Pretty good stuff across the board and one of just a few I have found so far with a better bit of potassium that I know I’m really short on. The flavor is a bit of a weird mash of sour fruits that don’t work together as well as I would like, wish they would choose a smaller set of combinations because this one doesn’t end up in a place where I enjoy it as opposed to feeling like I’m drudging through it. I also tend to prefer a bit of caffeine though I know not everyone is after that and maybe that is actually a plus for some others so no minus stars for that either.
All in all its not bad but could be much better.
