They dissolved pretty well in water and the taste wasn’t that bad either. They are quite effective in helping you feel calmer.

This isn’t as good as the reviews and advertisement makes it out to be and they have a horrible aftertaste they helped relax me a little bit however it’s nowhere as relaxing as a nice cold alcoholic drink imo and I’m a lightweight when it comes to drinking alcohol meaning I have a very low tolerance so if you’re expecting to get a buzz this doesn’t work out that way the flavors are terrible especially the cotton candy one I just mixed it up in a little bit of ice water instead of mixing it up with juice or a better flavored drink I felt the relaxing affects very slightly the second time I tried it.

This product is expensive and had no effect on me. For $20 for five packets, I should have felt something. There are better, cheaper brands out there— look elsewhere.
The taste is okay which explains why this doesn’t do anything. I was so excited for this in the mail and I am extremely disappointed.

I grabbed the 5 Pak of these to try the different flavours. I have seen them around town, but I never tried the Kava RelaxPaks.
I used them in different settings: during workouts, after workouts, and when I go home. My favourite flavour was the Lemonade or Strawberry Watermelon. The portability of this product is by far the best feature. The functionality hits quickly. You can feel the kava in your mouth as it starts working.
I travelled this weekend, and it was so easy to throw a couple in my bag.
2 things to note. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the Kandy flavour. It wasn’t bad… I am just not into that profile. Second, I recommend using still liquid. I tried with LaCroix, and it gets messy. haha
