Skeptical of joint and muscle supplements in the past, I was pleasantly surprised this particular formuation of ingredients seem to work for my joint paint at my wrist.
It took about a week for me to notice any effects, so bef patient if you are taking these tablets.
Although the tablets are a bit on the larger side, they do the job and that’s what matters to me.
They advertise on the description page that they contain a Patented new ingredient “HMF #1”. Looking at the ingredients list, I did not see this particular ingredient in the formulation.
Regardless, they do appear to be working (for me).
I suggest speaking to your physician to see if this supplement is a good match for you!

I decided to give this joint support supplement a shot based on a friend’s recommendation.
I’ve been taking for a couple of weeks and the first thing I noticed was that my morning stiffness is noticeably less. This supplement also seems to help with my mobility which its great.
I’m excited to see the improvements after a couple of months!!

I have frequent wrist pain from playing tennis, so I’m curious to see if this product will actually help me over time. I just started using it, so too early to report anything.
But so far my impression is positive. The bottle came in a nice quality box with all the information required, product of Korea, expiration date gives me a year. There’s a vacuum seal in the bottle under the cap, and the pills look fine, I know people are complaining they’re chalky, but they’re just not capsules, and I swallow two at the same time with a bit of water without any issues. They’re not really that big, but yes, they’re not the tiniest pills you can find.
I really hope it helps me over time, but I also supplement with turmeric, so hopefully these two together will actually help.

They would good but after a month you have to take a small break because it builds up and needs to cycle through my body. Not a huge break just about 3 days worth.

I’ve been dealing with joint pain and stiffness for the past couple of years, and it was just getting worse. I’m in my early 30s and train in Jiu-jitsu five times a week, so constant joint and muscle pain is just part of my routine. I got these supplements first as a gift and, honestly, was pretty skeptical because there aren’t many reviews out there.
But wow, this stuff really works! I started noticing improvements after just one week. Now, after taking it for about two months, the difference is huge! My joints feel better, and the pain has significantly decreased.
A couple of things I’d like to see improved: the packaging could use some improvement, and the tablets are a bit large for me. I find it easier to take them one at a time with a glass of water.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend this product to anyone dealing with similar issues!

I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.
This bottle comes in a box, which to me is an unnecessary expense with redundant information on it. It comes about 2/3 full. Instead of being topped off with cotton, it has a wad of plastic stuffed into the bottle. I’d prefer the cotton.
If used as directed it will last one month.
The expiration date on mine (THANK YOU for not printing it on the bottom!) is Aug 13, 2025.
The tablets have a slight scent and taste to them which is not unpleasant. The tablets look big, but are just a bit shorter and wider than an average capsule. They are easy to swallow with water.
I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says GMP but the rest of the stamps are in Korean. It is manufactured in South Korea. There is a 60-day satisfaction guarantee, which is nice since Amazon does not accept returns on supplements.
I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. Their mitos.quv.kr site was difficult to find but is functional and somewhat informative. It shows their team, and has other information but either it is not all linked, or maybe the English pages are limited. The site has email address and their Korean phone number. They also welcome you to visit their facility. Circumstances such as the distance and limited information would normally affect my trust with this product, however, there is a good amount of information online about the company and the work they do, so I consider them well established.
I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I like many of the ingredients here, except for the fillers and flow agents that many companies say they need to use, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to. There are plenty of allergen warnings which don’t affect me, but are important to notice if you have allergies to items such as milk, buckwheat, peanuts, soy, wheat, crab, shrimp, walnuts, or shellfish.

They say I would feel significant improvement after 60 days but I felt the difference after 2 weeks.
You want better joints and flexibility. Give these a try. I highly recommend and will definitely buy them again.
