Always the skeptic about supplement claims, knowing most are just pissed away… I did a couple weeks of research on this…due to it’s pricey cost and coming from other countries outside of continental USA.
Here is a little time line of what I noticed special CoQ-10 attached to a delivery molecule that gets 1000x more of this anti-oxidant right tru all of the cell walls in your body…and thru 2 walls of the cells energy engine. Everyone has a different physiology so we all will react differently a bit. I take only one pill early in the morning with water on an empty stomach, this so far going on 10th day.
2 hours after first does my tinnitus (slight ear ringing) was accentuated and remained so.
1st night of sleep, much more dreaming or awareness of dreaming in the morning. This is a big change as I seldom remember dreaming or dream little due to practicing silent sitting meditation for 20-30 minutes each day.
5 th day, I started to have more clarity of thoughts and noticed that the technical materials I study and usually have to read 2 or 4 times to absorb I was now reading and remembering 1 take. This is a definite and pronounced effect and has continued each day to be subtly noticeable.
I do the same 8 mile bike ride and have noticed just today that my speed from the log on the odometer has increased for the last 4 rides.
There are only two labs in the world I know of that work with this concept of delivery of CoQ10 with a molecular tug boat attached. This one in New Zealand and a Russian lab that started this research years before and sells eye drops on ebay. I just ordered the eye drops and you can Google this with it’s own name SKQ-1. I will do a personal trial on me and my old dog with Cataracts per their strongly suggested dosage and run until the 3 small bottles are exhausted also testing has been done on Glaucoma. There is quite a bit of testing and studies going on now about several uses for these products…since this works on every cell of the body with Mitochondria within. This company in New Zealand also makes a skin cream that I plan to also try after I finish these two personal studies.
If you are not a person in tune with your body’s subtle changes…don’t expect to experience much thunder and lightening here…I expect changes such as increased useful life span longevity and the rest of the benefits reported in mice will come gradually.
If I were to take just one supplement, this would be it and I plan to slowly increase my dose to the 2x per day they recommend and then some. Remember, supplements have to be tuned to be delivered to where they work… SUBSCRIPTIONS TO AUTO ORDER/DELIVERY SHOULD BE SET TO HOW MANY WEEKS BETWEEN NOT TO MONTH INTERVALS…STUPID MANAGEMENT DESISION…. i may have to cancel subscription due to this.

I’m writing this both to give this a 5-star, as well as to rebut the 1-star review someone wrote. The author’s complaint there is price. The author says regular ubiqunol is just as effective for a lower price. Yes they’re right technically – only one problem – all ubiqunol supplements come with some form of seed oil. And if you are into wellness and anti-aging, then you know how bad seed oils are for you. I searched all over Amazon and vitamin stores, and didn’t find one without it. Sure it’s only a little bit so you can take a chance, but why take a chance? I am so glad MitoQ exists as an alternative. I’m ok paying the price for not having seed oil. Of course I wish the price was lower… the effective serving size is 4 capsules not 2

Mito-Q, though a great product that I have been taking for years comes with so much packaging that the company should be embarrased. A half-full custom bottle in a box printed with foil & lts of ink that has an additional card in it and then all of that is put into a slip-cover. all of this for a product that you buy online where $5 of packaging really doesn’t matter at all.
So every month I receive a bottle. remove the expensive packaging and toss it into the recycle. as soon as I get it. As I said, Mito-Q is a great product. however I would thing a company based in ecologically-forward New Zealand would be conscious of how much unnecessary garbage they are generating through useless packaging. And I suspect they could drop their prices a little with less packaging and still have a reat profit margin.

I was in a college research trial on aging. In the trial, they gave us Mito Q then tested our vascular response to it. While the results aren’t in, I did feel that Mito Q was worth trying for myself over several months time period. I just started my second month and I can report that I feel more energetic and can do more activities. (full disclosure I’m in my 70’s and rehabbing some car accident related injuries. So I’m not very active but improving and Mito Q is not all that I’m doing to rehab.) You may laugh, but the reason for four stars not five, is their packaging of their product. I swear, I think that half the cost of the product is in the special boxing. printing and funcky bottle shape. I’d much rather have a simpler bottle with the value in the product not the packaging and the cost savings passed on to the consumer. IMHO

I find this product the very best. It is easy to swallow and small in size. I think it is effective. I will continue to use.
Do not buy this! It’s designed so that you spray more of it than necessary! Its a scam. Its diluted with a cheap cleaner and has little to no phosphorus in it!( which is what shines your stuff ) –
