This BEE and You On The Go immune support tastes pretty good. It mostly tastes like honey, but you can taste the other ingredients in there like the cinnamon & ginger. I didn’t like the packaging or that there were no instructions. It comes in little individual packets which is nice because you can take it with you (hence the name On The Go). But the packets are hard to open. There’s no “tear here” or anything on there. I saw there was a crease running along the back of the packets so I thought if I bend it, it will pop open, but it did not. I bent it back & forth a little & finally it cracked open a little, but as I tried to get it to open more, the honey just kept oozing out & ultimately I gave up & just sucked the honey out from the packet. So, if you had hopes of being able to just open it & squeeze it into your tea or some other food you will have to cut it open with scissors. I know something like this doesn’t really need instructions-you ingest it-but I was thing more of how often should I take this? What happens if I eat several in one day? It’s also a little pricey. 7 packets for $11.69 is more than $1.67 each, which to me is a lot for such a tiny amount. But on the plus side it doesn’t taste bad & I have had any side effects like stomach issues.

So, there aren’t any instructions, so here you go- Bend the little packet in half- plain white side out- and wait for the package to snap- the honey will plop out, so be careful.
I had a couple of these before runs that were great – package broke nicely, and I was able to consume it like a gu.
I then went to show my better half how to open one, and it PLOPPED out, lol- I was able to eat it still, but it was hilarious.
I’d say there’s maybe 2/3Tbl in each package, just enough for a nice boost or to put on a piece of bread. Great flavor, a little bit spicy, and good consistency. Would recommend as either a portable honey, or portable energy (gu) source.

I have been using honey instead of sugary energy packs for years now, and these are nice small packs that are easy to eat and digest. Great for a short run or bike ride to carry in your pack but also nice in my afternoon tea!

This tastes fine to me, but given the very small amount of honey and other ingredients, it’s difficult to think there’s a therapeutic amount of turmeric, cinnamon etc. in each small pack.Particularly turmeric since it’s active ingredient ‘curcumin’ is only therapeutic in much larger amounts than this contains. As others have commented, the package is very hard to get open – there is no ‘tear notch nor mark where to open it. A pair of sharp scissors is the only thing I found that gets one end off without too much waste of the already-minimal-amount of product inside each little packet.
Granted, it probably wouldn’t be great to ingest more almost-straight honey at once, but better packaging would certainly make it easier. Despite this being billed as ‘portable’ for ‘on the go’ use, the fact one cannot open it without a sharp tool of some sort belies that idea almost completely. In this world of fear regarding potential weapons in purse or pocket, how many people carry around something sharp enough to open one of these ‘on the go’? I think almost nobody does.
I think 3 stars may be overly generous…

These taste great, but amount to about a dollar worth of honey. The pricing is mostly for packaging and convenience. Unfortunately, the individual packets are poorly designed in my opinion. They have a hard plastic backing that cracks down the middle for dispensing. If I put these in my pocket or even backpack for hiking, there’s a good chance they will accidentally break open. Not good.

The order comes in a small box with seven (7) of the honey packets. They are almost paper thin so it’s extremely convenient to carry. The packets sort of resemble the shape of condiment packets, except that it has a card stock like backing. When you crack the back of the packet in half it opens up the packet and releases the honey content. It taste just like honey with a subtle hint of turmeric. It’s very subtle. I enjoy eating a spoonful of honey at random times so it’s nice to have a packet to satisfy my honey cravings.
