I’m always on the outlook for natural health alternatives whenever possible. I already am on maintenance medications for some kidney and heart issues, so I have to be especially cautious in avoiding any supplements that could conflict with my prescribed medications. I was pleased to learn that none of the ingredients in this supplement conflict with my meds. My goal was to naturally enhance my efforts to support and improve on my healthy living efforts. Due to my kidney issues, I am at risk for Type 2 diabetes so I am particularly attentive to my diet. My son-in-law is a doctor and recommended I try bitter melon as an assist to maintaining healthy glucose levels. I was pleased to see bitter melon as the 4th primary ingredient in this formulation, so I opted to give it a try. Well, folks….it works! There are 2 recommended consumption regimens (either morning or after dinner). I chose the after dinner option. I often feel a bit ‘light headed’ within an hour following a meal. However, I noticed a change after my first dose and have not experienced light headedness again since I started this regimen! I also am a fan of turmeric as a natural anti-inflammatory, so that is a huge benefit as well. One benefit I did NOT expect — I am sleeping more soundly than ever! Since I opted to take my dose after dinner, my bedtime is typically within no more than 4-5 hours later. I typically awaken at least once during the night but sometimes more often. I am no longer awakening until it’s time for me to rise in the morning! I am thrilled to now have uninterrupted sleep! This product has a strong ‘spicy’ aroma which I welcome as another confirmation of its natural ingredients. The capsule is easy to swallow and has zero aftertaste. It’s also very reasonably priced for the quantity provided. I strongly feel this supplement is a real winner!

If you are on medication for diabetes you should consult your doctor before taking this due to possible interactions with the bitter melon and fenugreek. And with black seed oil caution is advised, particularly in people with diabetes and or kidney disease.
I found no interactions with any other supplements I am taking so I started using this supplement. However I made note in the “heads up” section above of some potential safety concerns with medications others may be using. Please note, this is not an exhaustive list just information I happened to come across doing research for my own needs.
I am taking this for the heart and cardiovascular support and how I came across this product. However, in researching the ingredients, the health benefits are not exclusive to the heart. Overall inflammation, blood insulin levels, wound healing properties, just to mention a few.
And, I am happy to support a supplement that is not only formulated in the USA but made in the USA! A lot of supplements on here I’ve noticed are formulated in the USA and then made in China facilities. I also like that this is a small business, USDA Organic, 100% Vegan, Gluten-Free, Kosher, and Non-GMO, Dairy-free.

I have over a decade of experience taking a wide range of different very high quality of supplements, so I am both knowledgable and have high standards. I muscle tested myself on this product to determine it is good for me. I took for a few weeks and started having trouble sleeping. It is perfectly likely that this supplement had nothing to do with that, but I stopped taking it anyway. I have had occasional arrhythmia since Covid, triggered by food (gluten, MSG). Taking minerals (trace, calcium, magnesium) seems to be what I need instead. Once my heart settles down more I’d start taking this again though. It’s all good stuff and I trust the source.
