I’m really impressed with the Sol-ti Organic Electrolyte Greens + Hydration Drink Mix. One big win for me is that it doesn’t use Stevia, which I’ve never liked (which is an understatement…I find it disgusting). Instead, it uses organic coconut sugar and monk fruit extract for a subtle sweetness without that overpowering icky aftertaste. The ingredients list is simple and clean—packed with greens like chlorella and spirulina, plus essential electrolytes. It’s a nice balance that doesn’t feel like it’s overloaded with unnecessary extras.
The texture is slightly gritty, especially if you just mix it with plain water, but that’s easy to overlook if you blend it into a smoothie or shake. I noticed the powder does settle a bit, so a quick stir keeps it mixed up.

I like this product: it is chemical free and I use it to rehydrate after a good workout. Compared to other hydration sticks loaded with synthetic ingredients, this product is natural and I can get up to 4 uses out of one stick. I like that it is easy to mix and find that it does so especially if I add water to a cup before pouring it in to avoid clumps. I stay hydrated throughout my workout so this products gives me another boost at the end and helps keep my muscle relaxed. “Superfood” is always a big claim, but I like this product and like that it leaves no unpleasant after taste. I find the price a bit high.
