I was surprised by how refreshing and flavorful the Blueberry Lemon SuperStix are. They’re a healthy and organic alternative to the typical electrolyte/energy drinks out there. I would recommend adding slightly less than the recommended 12oz water for best taste.

I’ve been using this for about a week now. I’ve noticed no major changes, but that’s not a bad thing, because at least it’s not negative! I think this may be beneficial for some people, but your milage may vary!

This has hints of berries and lemon, but doesn’t taste as a good as other electrolyte mixes. I’ve also noticed mine never fully dissolves. Using warm or hot water helps it dissolve faster, but there’s always some small dark bits left in the water. I think those are from the berries, but can’t say for sure.
I was hoping for a little bit more of the coconut flavor to come out, but it’s mostly just the berries. It has a berry smell when first mixing it up, but the taste isn’t great.
It’s usable and I mix it into my workout smoothies. There are better tasting alternatives out there. It helps with hydration and replenishes electrolytes from a long workout. I can’t speak to the benefits to skin.

I am a Sol-ti shot fan, so I decided to give these a try. Clean ingredients and the flavor was really nice. It is a bit mild, so I used more powder that the recommended amount and that gave it a lot more flavor.
I had to shake the drink up quite a bit, but it makes sense considering they have natural ingredients in them that don’t dissolve like artificial stuff.
I’ve used Liquid IV in the past as a hangover remedy cure, but I didn’t like how much sugar they have. I went wine tasting and had 2 sticks before bed. They worked like a charm!

It says that you can stir or mix this. Easy peasy, right? I put it in a mason jar and shook. And shook. And shook. For at least 3-4 minutes and there was still a LOT of stuff swirling and then settled on the bottom. Maybe this is the freeze dried organic super foods that they mention? Ew.
The taste wasn’t horrible… (after I let it settle, cause…. ew) but there was very little taste. I feel that they are kind of “hiding” the coconut part. I will admit that I did not read every single word of every single point in the description, but there are 2 *small* parts in the photos and one part of a sentence in the 5 About this Item points that mentions there’s coconut in it. Yet when I got the box and looked on the side at the ingredients, one of the first things that jumped out at me is near the bottom, in all caps, it says CONTAINS COCONUTS. Seems odd that it’s in all caps but they don’t make more mention of it in the product description online.
I cannot recommend this. It does NOT mix and the flavor is blah at best.

it’s not bad. I use it in cold water and I usually gotta shake it up if it sits too long. the flavor is decent and it seems to be made with natural ingredients. the price as it stands feels a bit much, but if it’s okay with you then i’d say go for it.

Tastes better then most healty mixes and all the ingredients are good I like the use of monk fruit as the sweetener as well as the inclusion of coconut.

I’m not really a fan of coconut water, which is what this is made with. When it’s mixed with water it doesn’t fully dissolve right away, it takes a little while of being in the water to dissolve all the way. The taste isn’t too bad, no weird after taste, but also doesn’t taste like much. The flavor is pretty weak. And the smell is literally like warm baked blueberry muffins. Didn’t really do anything about my energy levels though.
