Since surgery I was told I need to drink more & can’t stand the taste of water. I usually add lemon juice to my water but it does not provide the mineral I need especially when it’s hot & humid. This product is perfect & no sugar added. As mentioned by other reviewer stevia has been added & stevia is very sweet. For me using one pouch into 500 ml of water was way too sweet. I take 1 tsp for 500 ml & the taste is perfect. I can drink 1500 ml à day no problem. I would highly recommend this product to keep your body well hydrated.

I use this product now for sports and I now use the Rainbow Fruit flavor and it’s not so sweet. I like the taste and I like that it is Sugar Free. I would recommend this product. Thank you!!!

I’ve been looking for a flavor to add to my water hoping it would help me increase my water intake. I like this one the best so far. I did add 60 oz of water to 1pkg of mix. It was too strong/sweet with less than that for me as I really just wanted a hint.

So i got these as a pre-workout and can’t tell if it actually does anything. Not sure if it’s sleep deprevation or just timing but i feel like sometimes I don’t feel anything and others i do. The flavor does have a bit of a vitamin taste to it, but that is the risk you run with amino acid supplements. I also feel like i’ve had better results with other pre-workouts when it comes to blending with water well. I always end up with undissolved product at the bottom of my blender bottle (even if i use room temperature water).

I use this regularly after being outside due to the hot and humid conditions where I live. I switched to this brand because it has lower sugar than the other brand. It does however have the “artificial sweetener aftertaste”.
