My title says it all. It’s pretty much like being able to take coconut water on the go without worrying about keeping it shelf stable or refrigerated. The ingredients list is super simple, which is always a plus for me. The taste is fine and this is perfect for anyone to be honest that wants to keep hydrated. I would just say that it’s definitely pricey per serving, so you’ll need to determine if that’s worth it for you.

I like how clean and simple the ingredients are in this hydration supplement. I also like how convenient the individual packs are. It beats buying and carrying coconut water or expensive sports or electrolyte drinks. I just added it to my bottled water or my sports bottle when working out or on the go. It has a nice, clean taste and seems to be very effective in keeping me hydrated.

This electrolyte mix does provide a bit of pick-me-up. It mixes well with water, though there always seems to be a few granules that don’t dissolve. It’s the taste that I just can’t decide on. It doesn’t taste bad, but I don’t think it’s amazing either. In the strangest way, it’s like my taste buds try to decide every time I take a drink whether they like the flavor or not. If you don’t like coconut then do not get this. It’s not a hint of flavor, it’s the main flavor.

As someone who does a lot of running in hot weather, I am a huge fan of hydration drinks. We all joked in the house that this product is specifically for “her” hydration and not “his” hydration, but I wanted to put it to the test anyway.
But seriously because it was marketed for “her” hydration, I double checked the product label to ensure there wasn’t anything like added iron or anything inside. So, basically it is coconut water powder, and that is good for anyone. No worries there.
A lot of hydration drinks, especially some of the more expensive ones, don’t actually taste that great, so I wasn’t expecting much. I mixed the product in about 16 ounces of water. I stirred it around vigorously, and made a comment like “that’s points off, it doesn’t completely dissolve.” Then I took my first sip. After tasting the product, I exclaimed “WOW!” I cannot believe how good this powder tastes. It has a great flavor and feels refreshing.
This product is super loaded with electrolytes, so one should drink it on those extremely hot days or high intensity workouts. I felt good and energized after drinking my 16 oz glass.
Overall, this is my favorite sports drink. I highly recommend you give this product a try.

not sure why it says for women as the ingredients are pretty standard, its basically coconut water which is useful for hot days and working out.

When you live in the South, you HAVE to keep hydrated during the summer months. This is a great tasting mix that blends well with a bottle of water and tastes great. Lots of extra electrolytes are packed into one pouch and help keep you refreshed, energized, and hydrated. Highly recommend!

i’m glad i was able to try this hydration powder, but i didn’t like the stevia aftertaste. i like the simple ingredients in this, except the stevia extract. i regularly use stevia leaf powder, and don’t get an aftertaste from that, but notice that items with stevia extract often have an aftertaste. other than that, the coconut and lime flavor and smell were good. the directions say to mix one packet in 12-16oz water. i mixed it with 16oz of water, and it was flavorful and dissolved easily. i don’t know why they are targeting this for women when it is just coconut water powder. this is currently listed for $49 for 30 packets (the item title says 15 packets, but it is actually 30, as the description says), which is more expensive than buying bottles or cans of coconut water.

These coconut lime packets of electrolytes dissolve easily and taste terrific, so refreshing. I would have given them five stars, but honestly, for 15 servings, they aren’t worth the price, I would never spend that much on 2 weeks worth of electrolytes. Of course, it would be my favorite flavor I have ever tried!
