MISS SPA Tone Firm Arm Cream for Women, Help Firm Upper Arm with Horse Chestnut
The smell of this is pleasant. Goes on easily and absorbs well. Seems to be having results after long term use but still not quite sure.

This cream from Miss Spa specifically targets the “bingo wings” I am getting as time marches on. Even with exercise and lifting weights, the skin on the upper arms starts to sag over time. The key ingredients in this lotion are horse chestnut and tiger grass, known for their firming abilities.
The directions say to apply twice a day. I really only do it at night because the scent is very strong. It’s like Bengay & Tigerbalm mixed together. At night, it doesn’t bother me because I put it on right before bed. Results may take a bit longer to notice this way but my skin does feel firmer after I apply it.

I can’t comment on how effective this is at its claims, as I’m not sure how long you’re supposed to use it to see results. What I can comment on is the smell. It has a definite menthol smell that will have you walking around smelling like a medicine cabinet. Not cute. I can also say that it didn’t irritate my skin and I do have relatively sensitive skin. I probably wouldn’t buy this in the future.

This lotion is both hydrating and stimulating for workout recovery. However, I can’t give it both thumbs up for “toning” or “firming” properties unless you are also doing a lot of weight training or aerobic exercise. I use this cream after a long swim, when I’m super dehydrated and worn out, and I think this lotion gives a marginal boost in workout recovery, but I use it mostly for its cooling (menthol) property after the gym shower. However, I think the firming claims are overblown.
It absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave an oily layer on my skin but leaves skin looking visibly smoother (compared to nothing). It smells primarily of menthol, which is a main ingredient.

I used this on my arms after showering and the smell was a complete turn off, the smell reminds me of tiger balm which is a muscle and joint rub. It is a very strong smell that does not go away, I eventually had to wash the product off because of the smell. The feel of the product leaves a tingle when applied which I did not like. I would not recommend.

Although this provides somewhat of a refreshing, cold feeling when it’s applied, similar to a wintergreen or penetrating rub that you would use on sore muscles, it doesn’t seem to do much to firm the skin. I know that I, like many women tend to dislike the look of that area of my arms and body, and I was hoping for more visible results. I feel like this is more of a cream to apply after you’ve done toning exercises to target that area and that it would help alleviate any soreness or fatigue I’m those muscles. The scent is strong but not unpleasant. It just wasn’t exactly what I’d hoped for.

I have been using this sculpt miss spa Arm-aging to be and from arm cream for about three week consistently. This arm cream is meant to help tongue the arms and as I am on my weight loss journey I thought this would be a great addition to helping target a specific area on my body. This cream smells almost like tiger bowl am I opinion it smells great I apply of a small amounts on my arms as directed gently massage into the skin moving upwards towards the shoulder I I tried to use his two times a day but definitely always at least once in the evening. I also work out five days a week making sure I always incorporate arm works out my arms have been getting toner since I started my workout journey at the beginning of the year I’m not sure if this specific cream is effective without doing anything but it is awesome in addition to a healthy eating plan and working out I do think it’s worth a try.

I have been using this product for almost a month since I wanted to give it some time before I wrote a review.
First, I enjoy the scent. It is soothing to me, maybe because I am used to them. It isn’t overwhelming and the scent doesn’t last long.
Second, this cream goes on nicely and soaks in quickly. As soon as it’s on, you don’t feel it other than the burning/cooling sensation you get. I put this on in the morning and again in the evening after a hot shower. Yes, it does burn more after the shower, but it does not feel uncomfortable at all. Think of it like putting on tiger balm or icy hot. It feels so relaxing for me.
Third and most importantly, the results have been noticeable for me! I know this is described as being for upper arms, but I have been using it on my arms, thighs, stomach, and neck area where I feel I need the most help. After almost a month, I have noticed the stretch marks I’ve had since having my son over a decade over smooth out, my arms seem a tiny bit less flabby, and my double chin is starting to shrink. I have seen ads for similar products stating to buy 5 different products to target all these areas, but I have been able to use this one product for all these areas. I am shocked! No dramatic results here, but noticeable for me is well worth it! Only about 28 days of use too! I haven’t changed anything in terms of diet or exercise this month, so I can say that these changes are likely due to this product.
I still have some product left, but I am ordering more for when I run out most likely at the end of the month. A little goes a long way with this product.
