Descrição do Produto

Mr. Feet –
Works well. What else is there to say. You probably don’t want pictures. Not sure why pictures or the video option exists. I can only imagine. Generic stuff works the same.

MiraLAX was incredibly helpful for me during I appreciate that it is gentle on the body as I can be pretty sensitive. I also like that it is tasteless. For me, it was perfect to put in some prune juice. Highly recommend!

TMI Warning:
Last week I had a colonoscopy and amidst the prep instructions was to take an entire 238g bottle of Miralax in 64 oz of Gatorade – chugging 8oz every 15 minutes over 2 hours. That said, the first 45 minutes were uneventful but I started having to go to the restroom more and more often. 30 minutes before the next time, then 20 minutes, then 15, then 10 and once I hit 5 minute intervals, I was only out of the restroom briefly for the next 2 hours.
Miralax worked like a charm and cleared me out even though I had only had a liquid diet for the previous 48 hours. Nothing burned and I didn’t need rash cream. The lemon lime Gatorade flavor on tasted muted. Not bad, just muted like the normally strong flavor was barely there.
After about 5 hours, things slowed down enough for me to go to bed. I went twice the next morning before going to the hospital for the procedure and was really nervous about having to spontaneously run for the restroom again in the car but there was nothing left in my system anymore. I was starving but not uncomfortable.
The procedure went well and the pictures were perfectly clear. The doctor said the prep was very effective. I credit Miralax heavily in that because even though I was on a clear liquid diet for 2 days previous, things coming out originally started brown but later turned golden and the morning of, slightly yellow.
A word of caution. Going to the bathroom the morning of was very uneventful and low volume, barely yellow. After the procedure I went back home and ate a sandwich for lunch. My system was still in liquidification mode though and about 30 minutes later, I felt the urge to go but wasn’t running. I never felt pressurized on the inside even when the need to go was intense. Throughout the day I stayed close to the bathroom and one second, I’d feel fine and literally the next had a strong desire to find a restroom. If your doctor tells you you’ll be fine eating regular food after the procedure and you’ll be fine – take that with a grain of salt. Very much not the case for me. I hadn’t gone to the bathroom in nearly 2 hours and expelled a lot before jumping in my car to pick up my kids from school. 10 seconds after shifting into first gear, I had to go again urgently. I told my wife I shouldn’t leave the house and didn’t the rest of the day. Good thing too.
My doctor didn’t give much post procedure advice but I would recommend staying close to a restroom for the next 24 hours because Miralax works great. It stayed in my system for 24 hours and cleared me out regardless of what I threw at my body in that time frame. No discomfort, just the desire to go when you need to. Finally… Eat yogurt or something with probiotics to help replenish your gut lining. It’ll help.
Sorry this has been a bit graphic but I’ve tried to keep the visuals tame. Not many people talk about this online so I’m sharing my experience.
