I hope this works as good for you as it did for me. I’ve tried several name brand products recently with little help but this worked within hours. No cramping, just normal natural sensation. I’ve tried natural fibers but this is the easiest and best. Maybe just good timing on my part but I don’t think so. No problem with the cap and it poured easily. It’s childproof so press down hard and turn. Little taste with water but a flavored drink of any kind is best. A very natural relief due to its being just fiber. No wonder why it’s recommended by Doctors. I take several meds that can affect regularity so this is especially important to me. Very pleased, finally something that works normally. Try the recommended dosage but sometimes you have to tweak things a little depending.

When your doctor(s) put you on a bunch of medication you need to keep this on hand. It’s very effective. It’s pretty much tasteless in water. It mixes easily. A bit expensive but buy it when it’s on sale and it’s more reasonable… and it will keep. You never know when you’ll need it…

It works well, fully dissolves, and I can’t taste it (even though I’m super sensitive to taste and texture and have had problems with food and picky eating all my life). It would be nice if it were easier to travel with this, as the single use packs are pretty pricey, but this is the stuff.
