Not very sweet so it is like just chewing gelatin but bearable to finish the bottle and not return it.

I used to use Miralax powder. I find the gummies work better, are tasty, and are way more convenient than having to mix up powder. These are also easy to carry on the go to take during the day or when traveling.

Mirafiber gummies are a great gummy fiber supplement. The texture and flavor(s) are great compared to other brands. I usually only eat the orange flavored ones because the kids don’t like those ones. This is a very palatable fiber supplement.

Never thought I’d be writing an enthusiastic review about fiber gummies, but here we are. These MiraFIBER gummies taste way better than they have any right to – more like a treat than a supplement. None of that weird artificial taste or chalky texture you get with other brands.
Most importantly, they work without causing any discomfort or urgent situations (if you know what I mean). Started with the recommended dose and had no issues. Just a gentle, effective solution for staying regular.
Only downside is they’re a bit pricey compared to regular fiber supplements, but the convenience and taste make it worth it. Plus, I actually remember to take these, unlike those giant horse pills or gritty powder mixes.

I’ve been taking these fiber gummies for almost a week now. They taste good but give me the runs. I started out taking 4 as it states. I had the worst case of the runs ever a few days ago. It made me sick to my stomach and very nauseous even after the runs finished. I didn’t eat a big meal prior and I’ve been drinking plenty of water. I had 2 sandwiches with fresh bread & ham. I’m not sure if I will keep taking them or lower my dosage to 1 or 2 a day.

It’s a struggle to get my husband to eat more green vegetables as there are only a couple he’ll eat and only if he’s in the mood which is rare as he’s a meat and potatoes guy. In the meantime, he’ll compromise and eat these fiber gummies daily that he says helps his digestion. I’ve taken them occasionally though I need to be close to a restroom as they work almost immediately with me. The texture is tougher than many gummy vitamins and take longer to chew. Also these are not super sweet and candy-like as many gummy vitamins are. If you can’t stand Miralax powder, I’d give these a try.
