Negatives – I ordered this product with Aloe, it came without Aloe. The sellers additional label added to the bottle says Aloe. Since I am not the only reviewer that has mentioned this problem it appears to be a problem that the seller is ignoring.
POSITIVES – Since I have only been on this supplement 1 week it is definitely too soon to talk about any health benefits except improved sleep. I have definitely been experiencing a better nights sleep which I am very thankful for. I split the 1 oz dosage to morning and evening, and yes the flavor is fine.

Good day to all I was waiting for more than two weeks before submitting my comment. I don’t know how this liquid helps but for me it does help. Not like giving me more power but making me fresh and keeping me like that for all day. The main reason I purchase this was because I am working on a ship and the food is not the best quality. After some time working I am starting with pains in the joints, even in the teeth (high sensitivity). And the most strange thing for me was that when I am coming back home only after two days pass and all this complains are just gone by them self. I ask my Dentist and he couldn’t explain to me the pain as for him my teeth are in perfect health and no any cracks or what so ever to make them sensitive. Even toothpaste for sensitive didn’t help me in the past. All my blood exams when I am testing my self back home are returning with all good values and nothing missing that can cause this symptoms. So I give a try with this as my thinking was that may be some minerals are missing in my body while I am on board the ship. Believe me or not but after two days of taking this liquid my symptoms disappear. All of them just like that. And the complete body feeling become way better than before. No more dizziness when i am crawling and then standing up no more pain. It seem that i am missing something away from home and the home made food, that this product gave me back.
Regarding the complains I read about people getting bad feeling in their stomach and willing to vomit or something close like feeling. For me there is no problems taking it, the taste is really nice fruity rich and sweet. I like fruits and juice so for me taking this is just fine. Although I am taking it always after eating breakfast or lunch. Two times daily only i am taking it.

I’ve only been taking this for about a month. I don’t know yet but I think that it might be helping me with my depression. I just feel happier when I take it. This may be my last month taking it however. It’s a little pricey for my budget. I honestly can’t afford to buy it at this price all the time. I wish that it was more affordable for me. Insurance should cover this stuff as an alternative medicine for depression (lol). A week after taking this I actually started going to sleep “at night”. This is huge for me because I use to never sleep at night. Now by the end of the day I actually want to sleep/rest at night. It’s weird/awesome at the same time. I have an increased appetite(since I’ve started taking this) but I haven’t gained any weight. My skin seems as if it’s getting tighter and smoother. My nails are growing faster and they don’t break as easy as they use to. They still bend (they’re really soft), but they use to bend and break. Since i’ve been taking this, I’ve hit up against stuff with them and they’ve bended but haven’t broke off. My hair is growing faster as well. I do see a difference. This will be my last month taking this I think because I just can’t afford to keep repurchasing this at this time, but I definitely will revisit this in the future when I find a new job. I’ve never had issues with gas or upset stomach taking this. Some say that they experience stomach problems (Maybe that’s the one without aloe). The taste is great! Taking this has made me want to drink more water and eat healthier. I never really liked drinking water before I started taking this. I now drink tons of water, take my vitamins everyday, and eat lots of fruit and veggies. This product is AMAZING!!! I say, if you can afford it buy one, buy TWO, buy THREE. Heck, buy a whole case. So the taste is fine, I was worried but I mixed it into lemonade and couldn’t taste it at all.
But I only tried 1 1/2tbs instead of the recommended 2tbs the first time. Within an hour my stomach was rumbling. I had the most intense acidic burning bathroom experience, so painful. Day 2 still have stomach ache but take 1tb and still needing the bathroom frequently. Day 3 1.5tsp instead and stomach cramps continue. BUT maybe it’s a coincidence but by day 3 and the next 2 days my hair loss was barely noticeable in the shower. Usually I lose ALOT of hair and just running my hands thru my hair as I shower makes it so u can’t see my hands, just black hair . Now only 3 strands fall out. But due to the continued diarrhea I stopped taking it. Hair loss came back within 2 days and the bad bathroom experiences continued for 2wks despite only taking this stuff 3 times.
