I actually like the product but it arrives completely unsealed. Not sanitary. Also, the tin is very hard to open up.

I don’t get why these things are so popular. They are not 100% silicone because they have the cover layer with the Brand name on it. So, even with the eye-product applied underneath the silicone portion, that top part does not soften and was poking into my under eye area.
I don’t have the luxury of laying down for 10 minutes with my eyes closed to relax with these masks. I am accustomed (with ither patches in the past) to walk around and do small tasks. Anytime I leaned over even slightly, with these patches, one patch kept coming loose. It shouldn’t be this difficult.
I’m returning to buy something else more flexible and adhering.
