I tried this for hair loss and it worked well in addition to increasing my protein intake. However, be warned you will be hungry while taking this.
I love this shirt but it’s a little too tight so I’ll have to return! Maybe a size larger will work. –
These supplements are so good for thinning hair or just times when your hair seems to fall out! I buy them pretty regularly!

I’m currently on my 3rd bottle of these. 2 pills three times a day does give you the desired effect. My hair grew about 4-5 inches since I started taking them three months ago. I also was told, if I can tolerate it, take all 6 pills at once. Take with food if you have a sensitive stomach and do not mix with other hair/skin/nail supplements. I did and it was too much (nausea). The baby hairs are coming back in spots that haven’t grown in a decade. It takes time but time does work if you take a proper dose. If you do stop for whatever reason, there is no fallout either. I stopped taking them for 2 weeks (for unrelated reasons) and there was next to no shedding at all. The pills are a little larger than regular tylenol and does have a slight taste to them. It’s not enough to make me stop them but wanted to give fair warning if you’re sensitive to certain tastes. It’s also well packaged. They always show up in a sealed bag within the sealed mailer bag. Security sealed cap as well with a childproof top.

I was hesitant about writing this review because of how hard it is to find this product once people learn about how great it is. My hair was coming out and I chose to turn to extensions rather than the other options. My oncologist recommended AGPro. After 4 sets of extensions (1 year total time of wear), my hair grew to the middle of my back. I no longer have plugs of hair falling out and it continues to grow daily. The bottle states to consume 6 daily. However, I started out taking 2 daily and then only took one daily. I don’t recommend going against the label. I was just too forgetful or some days too nauseous to take anything. This just confirms how amazing this vitamin really is.

Over two years ago I had bariatric surgery and lost a good amount of my hair and though it’s grown back slowly I’ve been losing an alarming amount with every wash since. I’ve tried shampoos, scalp massage, biosilk, collagen, biotin- everything I could think of.
Finally, in less than a week of taking this, I took a shower and only a few hairs came out. I can’t believe how quickly it worked.
There were also some unexpected benefits! I don’t know with certainty that it’s related, but I’m having fewer headaches and less appetite. I have had a lot more energy than usual lately. I also have adult ADHD and have felt incredibly focused and productive.
I haven’t changed anything else in my routine, other than adding this supplement so I’ll give it the credit.
Bear in mind that this has a good amount of iodine so I’ve stopped my other iodine supplementation (which was a game changer for me to begin with). Just be aware of whether this has you covered nutritionally on anything you took previously so you can adjust as needed.
Another pro is that almost every multivitamin or supplement gives me nausea, but this doesn’t.
Cons:
-I wish it had more magnesium
-Why in the world is it at all necessary to add red 40? I wish this was left off the ingredient list. I can’t make sense of why it’s there and I’d so much rather have an ugly brown pill than a slightly pink one with added dye which serves no purpose. I really wish they’d change this.

I’ve taken these for a little over 2 years now and I love them! They have really made a difference in my hair texture and overall growth. They also have iron and done key Vitamins also!
