Felt like I needed a little cleanse so this is jammed with all the essentials for that. Easy to swallow but may be large for some. The taste is fine. Noticed a slight increase of energy from taking these for over a week.

This pillow looks exactly as it’s shown in the product images. I found it to be extremely soft to the touch, and comfortable when laid on. The only thing I wish, is that it was thicker. It comes with an optional insert piece to raise it a small bit, but I didn’t find it to be nearly enough for my pillow height preference. I don’t know a ton about Hyaluronic Acid, and it’s beneficial properties – aside from it helping to reduce wrinkles, but even so I do find the $199.99 for a pillow to be quite extravagant. I’ve only been using mine for about 1.5 months, so I of course can’t say it helped reduce wrinkles or anything of that nature, but I can confirm it is very soft and comfortable.

I decided to try the milk thistle liver detox as I need lab work done on my liver every three months due to a medication I’m on so I thought I give it a whirl.
So far I can’t comment on it’s effectiveness as it’s only been a few weeks and I haven’t had any labs. The pills are easy to swallow and have no taste. I have not noticed any adverse side effects. Time will tell how well they work and whether they are a good value but it doesn’t hurt to try.
