Mild warmth but there’s a placebo effect that comes with having a heart over your *****! It’s also not as clunky as a heated water bottle.

These patches are a lifesaver when you still have to go to work, school or anywhere else while needing the comfort of some heat. These are a good size, stick well and get warm and stay warm for hours. Great for menstrual pain or any localized pain. Guys should give them a chance for shoulders or other areas.

I work in a professional office and can’t afford to take days off. I need to perform at 100%, but those cramps will knock you down. 😣 I’ve had days I put this on when I got ready in the morning and didn’t take it off until I got home at night. It says to only use for a matter of hours, but it stayed heated the whole time! If I needed extra relief, I would move it around a bit or press firmly for a moment against my stomach so I could feel the heat more. it’s such a relief physically and mentally! It lasts as long as I need it to!

Product is on the small side. Maybe a little bit bigger than my medium sized palm. Some of the patches produce mild heat, some seem to be duds and produce no heat at all. You get what you pay for. Next time I’ll pay more and get the other brand.

I don’t know whose smart idea it was to wrap these in a waterproof layer, but because of it, there is no air circulation to the air activated heating element. These take about 2 – 3 hours just to warm up and when they finally do, they barely get warmer than slightly over skin temperature. The only way I can tell that it’s heated is if I put it up to my face, otherwise, it feels cool in my abdominal area. Basically useless.

Their shape and smaller size fit well on the inside of highwaisted underwear for menstrual cramps and lower back pain. The heat lasted a good 7 hours before the adhesive gave out and I had to remove. I was doing a lot of sitting/standing though and I don’t have a flat stomach 🙂 Definitely recommend!

These are super cute. Wish I had these growing up! My daughter loves them. But it gets warm! So we use a small towel as well.

I work retail and am on my feet all day, so this is perfect for when I have my period and or back pain during work. The adhesion needs work because a few times I’ll have to restick it on which can get annoying especially in the middle of me doing something. All my female coworkers always ask me for one so I’m always making sure I have extra when Im at work
