I put this in about 16 ounces of water and stirred, finding that some remain settled at the bottom. It was a heaping scoop, so I think we can forgive that.
In all, it’s flavorless, mildly clumpy but easy to disperse said clumps. So it adds a nice protein to your evening, morning, or afternoon supplement cocktail smoothie. I think it is great to add creatine to a health smoothie not only for the nutritional benefits, but also to thicken things up without clumping up the mixture too much at the bottom or top. I found it dissolved well enough that this should be good for most mixes, as is often the case with creatine. And lastly you do get a pretty good amount in the tub for the money here.

When it arrived the seal was broken and it was open. I haven’t tried it because it’s open and when I opened the box the powder fell all over my clothes.But Creatine is creatine regardless of brand.

My initial question was how did they fit this much creatine into this small of a container, as other vendors use a container 3 times the size for a similar amount. Well my question was quickly answered when I went to punch through the seal on the top and creatine went flying everywhere. They were able to fit the amount into a small container by filling it to the absolute top! The creatine seems to be good quality, good consistency, dissolves well and I am very happy with it. Just be careful opening the container.

My son and I have been using creatine for a few months now and the difference is real by comparison to when we weren’t. Especially for my son who’s more dedicated to lifting than I am. He’s bulking at a rate much more noticeable than before we started.

This is an optimal choice for a creatine. This creatine is non-GMO, gluten free, and third-party tested. With this, it is made in the USA, and boasts 5000 mg per 5 g scoop.
For the price, this jar will last you a full two months, meaning you’re spending around $10 a month for your creatine supplement. Overall I think this is an affordable price point.
I will say, however, that it tastes a little bland. But if you can get it down, it has great benefits.
