I like this creatine powder over the gummies, but I wish it would dissolve more easily so I don’t feel the powder while I drink it. It’s not unpleasant by any means and it gets the job done.

I’ve been using creatine before i hit the gym for the past 8 months. I tried this brand to compare to the brand I’ve been using. It’s only 10 servings, so it’s worth a try. It’s not quite as powerful as the brand I’ve been taking, but I can’t really tell a difference. Although it’s in a bag, it seals back when it’s opened. I can’t taste it. It dissolves quickly. It’s a good sample size bag to try out.

This is not a lot of creatine.
It just isn’t. It’s really a travel package. I couldn’t figure out why I thought it was a container, but I see now that the picture is intentionally deceptive (see the shine on the upper black part making it look like a container?). It is in fact a little baggy for just 10 servings.
My usual creatine is 5 grams per serving and I buy it in bulk. This is a third of that.
Could I use it on the road? Sure. Could I just take my own higher concentration creatine and put it in a smaller container. Definitely.
This loses stars for the intentionally confusing graphic presentation.

The amount you get in this creatine powder is on the smaller side at 30 grams in the bag or 10 day supply if going by the 3g per serving they recommend. For the price, its not bad but not budget friendly as the other options available especially if bought in bulk. The powder is flavorless as described, however it does not really fully dissolve and did not mix well at all with water. This is a deal breaker for me personally so I would prob steer clear from this creatine powder in the future

Its nice that there’s not even a hint of flavor. It makes it very easy to consume and drink in a gulp.

The quality seems good, about as well as others. I prefer gummies because it’s annoying to have to make a drink. It’s easier to just grab a bunch of gummies. If you like making drinks this should work well for you.

This is a great way for me to get in a creatine supplement for pre-, mid-, or post-workout muscle health. Truly flavor-free, so I can add to my flavored water. It’s also keto-friendly, so no worries about a lot of added carbs. Value is comparable to other creatine supplements, at around $12/month when I use it five days/week.
