Sometimes I like to creatine in, but sometimes I like capsules and it kinda depends what I’m doing in the time of day. You get 200 capsules here and it’s a really great value and I have no issues.

Micronized Creatine Capsules. In the past I have used a lot of creatine in a powder form when I was doing a shake in the morning, I no longer do a shake and decided to try a capsule. This bottle came with 120 capsules and recommend you take 5 capsules per day giving you a 40 day supply.

I’ve been using this brand of creatine capsules for two weeks, and so far, I haven’t experienced any side effects. I also find the capsules much easier to use compared to the powder form, though it requires taking 5 capsules per day with meals. The price seems reasonable, but it doesn’t specify where the product is manufactured. It only mentions that it’s distributed by a company based in Colorado.

This supplement arrived true to size and count. This is a product I have used for years and its efficacy is well documented. In the past I have mixed the product myself in a drink. I am traveling now extensively now and have found my consumption has fallen way off. I ordered this product because it is in capsule form and much much more convenient for my current situation. the fill has been consistent and the benefits I derived from the powder form. I reloaded at a higher dose for seven days and I have been taking the product for nearly a month with nothing but success. No stomach upset or bloat.

I weighed these like another reviewer and also found these to definitely be underdosed. So if you wanted 5 grams per day you will find these inadequate. Creatine is relatively inexpensive so I find this inaccuracy to be disappointing. I also am calling the third party verification and GMP into question. I do like that it’s a gelatin capsule and has no extra fillers, assuming these things are true.

I had high hopes for these creatine capsules, but unfortunately, they fell short. After trying them myself and reading through numerous reviews, it’s clear there’s something off about this product.
First, the capsules are underweight. They’re supposed to provide 5 grams of creatine per five capsules, but that’s not the case. Additionally, when I opened a capsule, I was hit with a really weird chemical taste that was quite unpleasant.
While I haven’t personally experienced any stomach issues, I’ve read that others have had digestive problems after taking these capsules. This is concerning and suggests a quality issue.
Overall, I would stay away from this product. It doesn’t deliver what it promises and leaves much to be desired in terms of quality and trustworthiness. This is not a company you should trust with your supplements.

recently tried these micronized creatine capsules, and they’ve become an essential part of my supplement routine. Here’s what I found:
Effectiveness: After a few weeks of use, I noticed a significant boost in my workout performance. I have more energy during intense sessions and quicker recovery times, which has really helped with my strength training.
Formulation: The micronized form is a game-changer. The smaller particles seem to enhance absorption, and I haven’t experienced any bloating or stomach discomfort, which can sometimes happen with other creatine products.
Convenience: I appreciate the capsule form. It’s much easier to take on-the-go compared to powders. No mixing or measuring required—just pop a couple with water, and I’m good to go.
Dosage: The recommended dosage is straightforward, and I like that I can easily adjust it based on my training schedule.
Overall: If you’re looking for a reliable and effective creatine supplement without the hassle of powders, these capsules are a great choice. They deliver on performance while being convenient to use.

I know everyone is not the same, but for me, these just didn’t do the job. Also I didn’t like having to take 5 pills, that’s a lot to add to anyone’s daily regimen. The smell and aftertaste were also a turn off. They may work for you, they just didn’t work for me.
