About 3 months ago I read about the use of enzymes for pain. I researched this carefully and added proteolytic enzymes to help fight against knee and leg pain due to past injuries. If interested you can read more about this at on many other websites if you search google. My first bottle was about $22 at GNC for 90 capsules. When I saw RecoveryZymes here at Amazon I checked the ingredients and found that it contained all the important enzymes that help fight pain. Also it’s sold at a fair price. I’ve noticed that enzymes, for me at least, seem to work like motrin. Usually within 24 hours or less they relieve at least some pain when due to joint or muscle strain or overuse. In general enzymes have been shown to work well as an anti-inflammatory aid. Since using the RecoveryZymes (along with ice and other therapies) they seem to help reduce joint discomfort. For pain or sore muscles take two 3x per day on an empty stomach (2 hours before or after eating). You can also take them immediately after a meal as a digestive aid. I’ve also read that, unlike aspirin and motrin products, these enzymes are good for your immune system and won’t have serious side effects. For me they work great because I’m allergic to aspirin. Enzymes are a great and safer alternative.
There are other sellers here who sell enzymes at outrageous prices such as $120 for 4 bottles. If you lack math skills don’t be fooled here. You’ll be paying $30 per bottle (not including shipping charges). Some sellers force you to buy 4 bottles instead of just one to try it out. If enzymes don’t work for you, you’ll be stuck with extra bottles at an inflated unfair price. It’s better to try one bottle (at a fair price) and then reorder if it works. Just remember to give it 4-5 days to see if it works. If you’re lucky like me, you’ll notice some relief within a few hours.
