MG217’s sal-acid moisturizer seems to have a greater impact, but for whole-body coverage this is a solid second option. The lotion’s a bit runny, doesn’t lather well, and has a slightly medicinal scent, but it’s gentle on the skin and helps alleviate dry/flaky spots. And the cerimides help the skin naturally retain moisture over time.

Although the listing says it’s exfoliating, there aren’t any beads in it. It acts more like a moisturizer and gentle face/body wash. It doesn’t lather and is pretty gentle on the skin. It has creamy milk thin consistency. I have some red flaky spots, which I noticed healed over time.

I wish the soap would lather more, but it doesn’t work well with wash clothes. It also stings, but it’s effective for the most part.

This wash was very effective for my face, I have red blotchy dry patches, and after about a week of use, they slow started to heal and disappear

I like a facial cleanser with a kick due to how oily my face can get. This cleanser delivers on that. It was my mistake, but for what it is worth, this cleanser has no scrubbing media in it. The words exfoliating threw me off, but again that was my fault.
I use with with a generic apricot scrub to make a nice blend of a scrub with a good kick to it. I will be back for more of the cleanser when I run out due to how well it has worked for me.

It doesn’t have the grittiness that I expect from something that exfoliates, but it has been working pretty well for what it. It took about a week but with the results that I have been coming out, I would say I’m pretty happy with this. It is also price good
