I have arthritis in my hands, especially notice continual pain in my thumbs. I chose this particular MSM product due to cost. I began taking it at the full dose as recommended by my physician and MSM Nutrition label. The first time was a shock – so bitter I questioned if I had the right product. After seeing a few reviews mentioning it’s bitter, I decided to go for it. I have learned that dissolving it in hot water seems less bitter to me. After 2 weeks there was a notable difference in the pain in my thumbs. Like none! This is a huge supply! I will work through it and decide at that time to either repurchase – or use capsules that hide bitterness. Either way – this product works!

This is the second MSM brand I’ve tried the first one was added with Vit C. I wanted to try this one and take my Vit C boosts separately and see if I could mellow out the bitter aspect of the taste this supplement will add to the flavor of anything you mix it in.
With that said the texture and purity seem great, no smell, dissolving easily in liquids, no side effect whatsoever except for noticeable thickness and curliness of my hair kept and restored thru aging.
I love the paper based bag and simple lining of the bag of this company .
I blend this with cold brewed green tea and coconut water and other morning things like Moringa Leaf, Beet Powders, Mushroom powders, , matcha, forsen fruit sort of smoothie blends with Creatine and Collagen or pre work out Citruline and Arginine powders etc , Cacao and as long as you and enough other slightly flavored things to the mix , you will never effect the enjoyable taste of the blend you just made. But if you use a large scoop of this and relatively nothing with it, be prepared to knock it back as there is no way to hide the taste as bitter. But bitter tasting things are good for the body .. so yes will keep buying this brand and over small amount of time you will notice improvements in joints and hair and skin etc if your doing other things to maintain your health etc…. It gives a noticeable edge and boost to your cellular activity and progressively improving diet. Helps my shoulders stay supple and heal thru yoga and swimming and paddling a lot and still strength training etc

This is very easily dissolveable crystals. Mixes well in water, juice or a smoothie. Has a slightly bitter taste so it is better to mix it in juice or a smoothie. MSM makes your hair and nails grow, you will start to notice This after a month of taking it everyday. Also is great for refucing inflammation in the body. Worth taking especially if you exercise a lot or do a lot if manual work. This product is also less expensive than other pure crystal MSM products. I will continue to purchase. The product works as described.
