I really wanted to like this supplement after researching the benefits of methylene blue and the added bonus of adaptogenic mushrooms, but after taking it for 2 weeks all I’ve had is stomach discomfort and diarrhea. It did have a small card stating there’s a “die off” of bad gut flora but it’s so bad that I don’t want to wait for the supposed benefits. 2 stars for not being able to return it.
