This is a good quality supplement! It is easy to swallow. Works as expected.

Methylfolate is the natural, more bioavailable form of folate recommended especially for those with MTHRF mutations, but is good for anyone. Folate is also known as vitamin B9. I always chose methyfolate and am happy to find it in this WholeFoods brand. The back label says this is specifically methyltetrahydrofolate usually shortened to 5-MTHF. It can be taken with or without food since B vitamins are both water and fat soluble. It is easy to swallow without any particular taste. I feel like WholeFoods is a quality brand and is an effective form of folate.

Whole Foods is one of the best brands available and is easy to recommend and I have purchased many of their products. However I showed these to my doctor and was advised not to take them as they would interfere with a medication due to potential side effects, which is a bummer.

No complaints about these supplements. I haven’t taken them long enough to see the results, but they don’t have a weird smell and they don’t taste weird. They really do seem like nice quality and I looked into them. I’m excited to see the effects.

This 365 (Whole Foods) Methyl Folate is great! It comes in a 100 count bottle and with a serving size of 1, you get 100 days out of it.
This is good to help with mood. It’s also apparently good for people with some other conditions such as folate deficiencies but I can’t comment as to that aspect as I don’t have that.
These are also vegan! This is great because you don’t need to worry about the other shell like you do with many other supplements.
The instructions say that you can take it with or without food, but I tend to like it with food. It seems better and more relaxing with food.
There’s also magnesium in this but it must be to such a small amount that the ingredients list notes it but the amount per serving does not.
THese were easy to swallow. No complaints!

I trust Whole Foods for making a quality product. I ordered these Folate/Folic Acid capsules. I take them on a daily basis. These capsules are small and easily swallowed. There was no aftertaste. Each capsule contains 400 mcg of Folic acid in methyl folate form. 100 Vegan capsules to a bottle.
