Meh taste isn’t that good. I didn’t realize they where chew tablets but that’s on me. Cold when you chew them up. BUT THEY DO HELP!

I don’t know why people are complaining about the taste. It’s a vitamin and a pretty tasty vitamin not a peice of candy.

I write this for all of us who have been told it is hormones and age. While that may be partially correct in some situations, it does not apply to all.
My health is 100% better since I started taking this product. No, I have not been paid to post this review. Yes, I have had my DNA tested.
I have been taking this product for almost a year. I have an abundance of energy, my diet has changed, and I have lost 25 lbs off of my small body frame.
I take 2 every morning with a protein shake or sometimes just with coffee, (which is not advised).
At first, sure, they are not the greatest tasting. The benefits however far out weigh the taste. Chew them and drink something and hold for 30 seconds in your mouth. PS…my gums are doing great too! After a month, the “bloat” went away and my health has been amazing on all levels. Many individuals have an issue metabolizing B vitamins which leads to many other issues.
Give these a try for at least a month.

These vitamins gave me such bad headaches, I took them for 3 days, I had the worst headache until I stopped taking them. I tried a few days later to see if there was a difference and the headache came right back. I never suffer from headaches so I’m sure these were the cause. Unfortunately, no returns on this product.

My son needs something that is sustainable on something that he can chew and swallow, rather than taking a pill form. These are not terrible and so far so good, as far as being able to consume them.
