Great to travel with j stead of lugging the whole tub around. Note it has 4 ingredients not 5, so I do notice a slight difference when taking this compared to the powdered version, but it gets the job done and is easy to travel with in a baggie. Recommend

These do absolutely nothing for constipation. On the back of the bottle it says to take 20 capsules a day for a pathetic amount of fibre! 20 capsules a day! Utter madness.
These capsules made me bloated, more constipated, utterly useless. Alot of the capsules were damaged and half empty. The capsule is made of gelatin as well. Waste of money.

Well, I had been using the powder, which is also excellent, but then I had to fly to another state. I bought the capsules to make travel easier. I found out that I prefer them. They are easy to take and work beautifully. I will buy another bottle when these run out. Highly recommended!
